We have investigated this behavior and can confirm that the inability to switch input sources (e.g., Japanese IME) while a save dialog is active on macOS is due to a change in how Apple macOS handles input methods in modal contexts.
Starting with recent versions of macOS, Apple has changed the way input method switching is managed when certain system dialogs and panels are in focus. As a result, Illustrator's save dialog — which relies on native macOS sheet behavior — is affected by this platform-level constraint.

As this is a macOS platform behavior change outside of Illustrator's control, the recommended solution is to switch your input source before opening the Save dialog.

最近の macOS バージョン以降、Apple は特定のシステムダイアログやパネルがフォーカスされている際の入力メソッド切り替えの処理方法を変更しました。その結果、macOS のネイティブなシート動作に依存している Illustrator の保存ダイアログも、このプラットフォームレベルの制約の影響を受けています。

Temporary files are created while working on a document and are automatically removed once the file is saved. If further edits are made, a new temporary file is generated as needed.
We have introduced improvements to better handle temporary files. The application now detects and cleans up any unnecessary leftover files.

I apologize for the delay in responding to this matter. Regarding the issue of being unable to connect to the CC Library, is this problem still occurring?

regarding the inability to access the Library panel, so I would appreciate it if you could take a look at that as well.

PDF印刷、言葉足らずで申し訳ありません。プリントするドキュメントですが、元データをPDFに書き出して、そのPDFで印刷した場合にも同じ問題が発生しますかという確認でした。
クラッシュレポート送信の際AdobeIDを記載いただける旨、承知いたしました。ありがとうございます。

またクラッシュレポートを送信する際にユーザーのメールアドレス（AdobeID)を記載していただければ、こちらのバックエンド側でそのクラッシュを特定して調査することが可能になるので、そちらもやっていただくことは可能でしょうか？

こちらですが、最新のベータ版30.4#103とプレリリース版30.3#176では再現できませんでした。文字パネルもプロパティパネルと同様に表示されます。

本件ですが、ご連絡が遅くなり大変申し訳ございませんでした。
開発サイドで、先月からこのエラーが再現されるのかを確認していましたが、versions 29.0, 30.0, 30.1, 30.2.1,と30.4.18.まで再現することができませんでした。
ということで、最新バージョン（the beta version 30.4.42）でもまだ起きているかどうかご確認いただくことは可能でしょうか？

最新の30.3一般リリースで修正されたとのことです。アップデート後、ご確認いただき、問題がまだ発生する場合はご報告ください。

こちら最新のBeta Build 30.3.0.104 で修正されました。アップデートして問題が解決しているかどうかご確認いただければと思います。
またEgorが述べている通り、スポイトツールは依然として期待通りに動作しません。こちらにスポイトツールとShiftキーを併用した際にテキストが変更されたり、ストロークが追加されたりするという報告があります。ぜひ「いいね」をお願いします。
