I should also add that it's performing the same with Wacom tablet, mouse and track pad so it's nothing to do with the pointnig device.

Windows 10 64bit.
For literally years now, when you use a wacom pen, hold alt to move to the position of an object's rotation anchor, it sticks the anchor to the cursor and there's no way of detaching it unless you minimise and reopen the software.
This has been a problem for more versions than I can count. (We're talking in excess of five years, probably more?) It's happened on different machines and different pen tablets so it's a software problem. Oh how I'd love it to be actually fixed one day!

Windows 10 64bit,
Just updated to 26.0.1 and when you resize from the centre of an object (holding alt) with a pen tablet, the object sticks to the cursor for a tiny bit. I.e it used to leave the shape resized when you lift the pen off the tablet. Now it attaches and keeps resizing as you move the pen away. It's made resizing things accurately impossible.
It doesn't do it with regular resizing from one corner, so it's something bound to the "alt".
Updated the Wacom drivers and no difference.

At some point in the last week (version 25.0.1) right clicking on a selection and applying "Transform>Reflect" opens up the reflect UI panel but instead of defaulting to horizontal or vertical, it's defaulting to "Angle" and a completely random number. Constantly having to correct this is a right faff.
It's tricky to recreate but has happened multiple times over the last few days. In this case reflecting a cat 50.9 degrees!?
Maybe I'm just the only one!

Select an object with flat colour. Drag that colour in to the gradient bar and it used to fill the object with a new gradient. Now instead of applying that gradient to the selected object, it alters the previous gradient swatch even when that swatch is no longer highlighted and messes up any object that's using it. So frustrating!

Every time I double click either fill colour or stroke colour on the main toolbar it pops up the color window. I have literally NEVER needed this, its a waste of space on my limited display and it would be great to permanently disable it somehow.
It's already been marked as "solved" with ticking "Auto-show toolbars" but this doesn't work. It's also been suggesting using X to switch between fill and stroke, THEN altering the colour. From a UI flow, this makes no sense to habitualise an extra step as a workaround.
