It has always worked that way, atleast since cs5. Probably everbody hates it, but they don't bother changing it. So wierd.

We have the fix available in the latest release. Please update Illustrator using Adobe Creative Cloud application to the latest build for version Illustrator CC 23.0.
Please refer to our knowledge base FAQ – https://illustrator.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/1844590 if you face difficulty in update.
Or get in touch with us at any of the other support channels – https://helpx.adobe.com/support.htmlWarm Regards,

Only reason I use Illustrator CC 2018 at the moment, is because 2017 started using 100% cpu. I would have gone back to even older version (newest version of illustrator have had problems in past).

If I install latest build for version 23.0 to fix the issue "Move/Copy Artwork with artboard" in 22.1. And lets say other coworkers still use 22.1. Will the .ai file be compatible between different versions without any issues?
Egor, don't make copy of same swatch.
Lets say you have two different global swatches that have names from their values. When you change one swatch values same as other then you get instant conflict.
