An error occurred while saving the comment MatM commentedSorry, Lance, I wasn't very clear on my post, I was rushing the post. If I'm honest they can be barely considered fixes really. Basically, if you have nothing running like Dropbox / Fontbase etc and don't have more than one document open the issue disappears. Not sure if you've just read the forum link but I added last night that I'd been onto tech support again and they're escalating this issue (hopefully).
An error occurred while saving the comment MatM commentedAlso creates empty vectors on scale, like the bounding box is becoming an object.
An error occurred while saving the comment MatM commentedI have the same issue here. THere's a forum page with more info. It's a nightmare!
An error occurred while saving the comment MatM commentedLance, I get both of those bugs too. When using the preview dialog box for say, offset path. An example being If I offset the shape by 10mm then decide it's too much and lower it to 8mm, the 10mm box remains and the 8mm is also created, and if I continue to reduce or increase the shapes remain. THen once I press okay I have loads of unwanted boxes.
The link below has the process I went through with tech support and what are the only things that resolve the issue.
Wish they would acknowledge this issue even exists.

Most likely it’s because the bounding box got disabled by accident. Please try to toggle it using View > Show Bounding Box command or with a Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + B hotkey (this is the most common way to disable it).
Comment back if it fixes this for you and especially if it doesn’t.

An error occurred while saving the comment MatM commentedThanks, Giulio. I have been running Dropbox, I'll turn it off and kill all the processes to see if that's causing all the issues. Such a bizarre bug!
An error occurred while saving the comment MatM commentedI have this issue too. I posted it a while ago. I thought it might just be me. I'll jump in on the discussion. It's driving me mad

An error occurred while saving the comment MatM commentedThe new update (including the hotfix version) hasn't fixed this completely. Although it doesn't occur anywhere near as often as the original, it is still an on-going issue.
