Bring back the rounded rectangle, the option under Effect makes a terrible rectangle.
Please bring back the rounded rectangle option, when I make a rounded rectangle under Effect it looks terrible, I can't control the corners of the rectangle as much either and it doesn't rotate well.

Can keyboard shortcuts for Menu commands be possible without the Ctrl/Cmd key?
A lot of the "Tools" shortcut keys that use a single button, I don't use (and probably quite a few other people). People who work with Illustrator most likely use a specific amount of shortcuts, often. Being able to use a single key like F or Y or N to be something more useful like Expand, etc would be great!

Caution
Need to break and join the text word by word in a single paragraph

I want you to be able to freely set the font color and font of the menu.
Unavailable menu characters are too dark to be distinguished, so I want you to be able to change the colors yourself.

The ability to switch 2 colours around when both are selected
Working on a logo at the moment and was thinking that it could be helpful if there was an 'inverse' option in illustrator, or the ability to switch 2 colours around if you have both objects selected at the same time, e.g. black becomes white and white becomes black. Possibly only possible if you have global colour selected on both colours? Very handy when 'sketching' ideas and quickly need to switch colours.

Multiple Color Assignment - NIGHTMARE
At some point Illustrator added some kind of multiple color assignment where a shape could be assigned a color and then also the group it's in could be assigned a different color or something like this. I just want to say that this "feature" has cost me so much wasted time trying to change the color of an object. It makes the eyedropper not work correctly and making a simple color change become a nightmare because it has it has multiple assignments and it just won't change colors and you have hit "no fill" a bunch of times to clear it out or it just won't change colors and sometimes that won't even work. I HATE IT!!!

Removing text style while keeping formatting
I'd like to be able to remove a text object's style (in other words: unlink the text block from the style), but still keep the text's formatting as is.
What usually happens is that, when you create new text blocks, for some reason, they automatically get the latest text style applied. If you don't pay attention, then you might create many text objects and format them manually (because they don't need to be linked to any specific style), and at some point, you realize that all these texts are linked to a certain style, and that's not what you intended to do. So at this point, you might want to unlink those texts from the style, but doing so, you also remove all manually applied formatting, and you have to do it all over again, which is a PITA...

In version 24.02 problems with the file information
Hello, in Illustrator version 24.02 I have problems with the file information. Now the title is not saved anymore, I always have to enter it afterwards via Bridge. Also the creation date is no longer saved in the EPS files. When I enter this via Bridge, I always get an error message: "There is a problem with the file. "
It would be great if you could change this.

Remove Onboarding features as they get in the way of me trying to do my job
It can be extremely frustrating to have popover windows introduce features or to say "hey let's start designing". I'm already trying to design by firing up illustrator and opening a file. I'm busy and just need to get some work done for a deadline. I don't need you asking the obvious or interrupting me from completing my job.
I get that you want to help me know that new features exist, but please, please, do that in a way that doesn't force me to acknowledge your popover when I open up a file that already exists. Or even if i don't open a new file. You can assume I know that I can use illustrator to start designing...

How to make Adobe software Ultimate Faster than ever ??????????!!!!- Solution is given below :
One more important thing is SPEED and Performance of each Adobe software should be intensively Faster than ever. this mean programming language that are slowing down adobe software performance sholud be replace all codes with a very fast execution able programming language to speed up the intensive power and performance as all 3D software does like MAYA, CENEMA 4D etc....
In that case, PYTHON can be the first choice ! Because Most of the 3d SOFTWARE are Python based and Powerful all software like google search engine uses python. Also Some powerful OS is also Python based as you know well. Whatever Programming language is intensively faster, Adobe should use that for replacing all existing code in that programming language for Ultimate SPEED and POWER BOOST !

Converting CAD into Illustrator
Where I work, we often have to open CAD files into the Illustrator program. We would like to be able to use the existing lines that are presented in a CAD drawing, but when we open them, they are always in little "line segments," rather than full, complete Illustrator lines.
The issue with this is that it slows down the computer, and we are ultimately unable to use the CAD file. Nothing converts into actual "shapes" that we can use, so we end up flattening the image and having to draw over it from scratch to get the image we desire.

Change of pixel dimension
When you want to change from resolution 800×480 to 1024×600, there is a slight difference in pixel dimension to retain circle shaped objects. So idea is that you are able to change pixel dimension and convert some files, instead of drawing new ones. For example-you have a circled object in some .ai file, where you have square pixels. If AI would allow to change pixel shape to rectangular, like 0,14 mm height and 0,15 mm width, or 0,148 mm,..., then it would fasten up things of making same graphic for different screen resolution with tool of pixel dimensions, instead of drawing whole new screen.

Sign in concomitantly with different accounts:
Please - Adobe - remember that what you think is your "user" takes many forms. Please, also remember that we are pulled and pushed by all competing platforms that try desperately to create hindrances in the pursuit of their own ecosystem.
We may need to have two different accounts running on the same computer due to legacy files - programmed obsolescence at it's best, hopefully soon unethical.
We may need to have two different accounts running on the same computer because of ethical issues (personal professional use vs. company's professional use). Some of us designers / photographers work on location environments, and should not be using precious productive time dealing with an artificially created hindrances on switching accounts + should be able to manage accounts and contents in a segregated and controlled manner.Very seldom you've produced quantum leaps worthy of this mess you're creating with unneeded upgrades and ecosystem buildups. Remember a typical user nowadays deals with these competing ecosystems (in my case, MS, Google, Adobe, Autodesk) daily.
Thanks

Create outlines while the layer is inside a clipping mask
I'm forced to move text layers outside of a clipping mask before I can create outlines and then move them back. A small inconvenience but every small thing counts when designing! Thanks :)

I am trying to display on Illustrator the diagraming of sentences. Here is an example: Constructing that image requires typing on a pat
See attached file with a screen shot of what "Type on a path" might accomplish if the path were to be made visible on a project for diagramming sentences.
