Variable width stroke
Please make the stroke took have a more variable width and definition ability with it’s width, points, etc.

Indesigns colour theme tool.
Would love to see this implemented in Illustrator as I, like many others, like to import JPEGS or screen grabbed colour samples to take colours from it manually. It would be awesome to have a colour theme generated from those images that could work within Illustrator and then used across the adobe library. Also this might be something that could also allow you to select an artboard of choice and generate the top 5 colours of that illustration.

Add a "Ctrl +E" to illustrator for quick export
InDesign has a "Ctrl+ E" for quick export instead of going down the menu bar and selecting it. Can illustrator put in a "Ctrl + E" for export. this is a annoyance since I'm exporting to jpg and tif formats all of the time from Illustrator for photoshop image adjustment

Exporting in different resolution in JPEG is essential (a little bit surprised it is not already integrated)

Embed locked photos + objects ( without unlocking them first )
Currently, we must unlock an image before embedding it. An example workflow where this in inconvenient is if I am preparing a doc for sharing and I would like to embed all images in a file for convenience. Or perhaps I have many small linked files that I want to embed for ease, like a complex illustration with many bitmaps.
Currently I do this:
1/I select all images in my links palette.
2/ click embed
3/ receive alert that AI won't embed any locked images. (either I prefer them locked or I locked and forgot)
4/ I unlock all images.…1 vote -
Text does not change the size of it when increased the size of the text box anymore
Since the updates, the text size does not increase proportionally (holding the SHIFT Key down), or non-proportionally when re-scaled the text box, I loved that feature and I'd request you to bring that feature back.

Automatically Export artboards as placed 300dpi jpgs
When I am done with my vector work and am ready to go to print I have to export each artboard and then import each jpg and place into the artboards and adjust to fit.
I propose you develop a setting where we can choose to rasterize and replace the vector work perfectly in the artboard with a 300dpi CMYK jpg (or settings to achieve a variety of options).

Recolour artwork which can recolour a symbol instance
Find myself using the recolour Artwork panel a lot these days - especially when iterating with logo colours. What would be brilliant is if we could click a symbol and recolour just that instance (without it affecting the master symbol) using the Recolour Artwork panel. Having to use the direct selection to select individual shapes tool is pretty tedious. I have found a workaround whereby you can unlink the symbol and then create another one and use the Replace Symbol feature - though this isn't great when you then need to adjust the shape as all instances aren't linked together.

The ability to add CSS code from the Generator to CC libraries
Hi there, I wanted to put in a feature request that would allow a designer to add CSS code from the generator to be added to CC libraries as a text file.
As a designer, I create elements for our dev team and they are able to take the CSS code I generate from my designs and integrate it into another product for web development. But it would be good to give them a CSS library folder where they can access the code for the designs. At the moment in my testing, it only creates a graphic of the text,…

Bonjour, quand on souhaite étirer un vecteur pour la deuxième fois sur l'une des deux poignées avec l 'outil sélection directe afin d' étirer l' ensemble des 2 vecteurs (égalité des 2 longueurs de vecteurs) ce n'est pas possible, on est obligé de détruire le vecteur en repassant par l'outil point d'encrage.
Pourriez-vous faire un raccourci clavier pour éviter ce problème ?

MAJOR PROBLEMS!! Cache/Scratch NOT assigning to my selected Drives
No matter how many times I un-install and re-install Illustrator, the program WILL NOT ACCEPT when I select a destination to my specific and dedicated Cache/Scratch SSD. I have a permanent studio setup with the latest MacBook Pro 64GB of RAM.. Everything was custom built the best it could be in April of 2020. The second I open Adobe Illustrator, my Available RAM goes from around 55GB to 124MB?!!!!!!! I know it's a RAM heavy program but that is insanity. Nothing is that heavy or works like that.
