  1. カラー設定が勝手に変更される

    カラー設定が勝手に変更されます。オリジナルに設定したカラープロファイルを常に使用しているのですが、こちらが何もしていないのに「Adobe Illustration 5.5をエミュレート」に勝手に変更されます。以前のヴァージョンではこのようなことはなかったので、改善していただきたいです。

    こちらのカラー設定の不具合は、Photoshop を最新バージョン「ver.22.3.1」にアップデートすることで修正されます。
    お手数ですが、Photoshop を「ver.22.3.1」にアップデートをお願いします。
    それでも問題が解決しない場合は、Bridge の設定をリセットしてください。

    GPU ドライバーが最新の状態で、システム互換性レポートダイアログが表示されるという問題が、最新リリースバージョン「Illustrator 2021 （ver.25.2.3）」で修正されましたので、製品アップデート後に挙動のご確認をお試しください。

  3. new update (v25.1) hangs when I select all text

    Hi, when I select all text objects in a file (Select>Object>All text objects), Illustrator hangs and I have to force quit. We have all had to revert to V24.3

    iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015)
    Processor 4 GHz Intel Core i7
    Memory 32 GB 1867 MHz DDR3

    I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 25.2 which is available worldwide now.

    Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

  4. VBScript Internal Script Execution Error in version 25.1

    Running VBScripts from File > Other Scripts is not currently functional in the latest update- however the very same scripts work fine if the scripts are opened manually (and worked as expected from 'Other Scripts' in the previous version).

  5. New Recolor Artwork information link not working

    In the new Recolor artwork 2021 panel the info button in the lower left jumps to a link that is not working currently. It was working for me before, but in the past few days it's failed:

  6. Pen tool located in type tools

    Took me a while to find but found the pen tool hanging out with the type tools. Please stop fixing things that are not broken. I remember before CC things works pretty well. Now every time there's an update, some other bugs pop up that weren't there before. Is this just a way for engineer job security? Well whatever it is, its becoming a major pain.

    Hi,

    There was an issue in 23.0 causing tools to shift between groups. This has been fixed in latest update (23.0.2). After update, please reset the Basic and Advanced toolbars by opening the tool drawer (3 dots at bottom of the tool bar), then using ‘Reset’ from the fly-out menu (on top right).

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused by this issue.

  11. When drag-copying an artboard, the original artboard remains selected.

    When drag-copying an artboard, the new artboard should get selected and the original artboard become deselected.

  12. Illustrator crashes when opening an SVG file that contains polyline element without attribute value.

    This svg crashes Illustrator when opened.

  13. SVG clipboard export adds an extra non-printable character in the end, breaking import.

    When artwork is copied to the clipboard as SVG code,
    a non-printable character is added in the end of the string.

    When saved to a file, doesn't import correctly in Illustrator and throws out an error when viewed in Preview in OSX

  14. update link to illustrator 2017 sdk on https://www.adobe.com/devnet/illustrator/sdk.html

    The move from https://www.adobe.com/devnet/illustrator/sdk.html
    to https://console.adobe.io/downloads/ai left behind a broken link to the 2017 sdk.
    Easiest thing to do would be to update the 2017 sdk link on the old devnet page.

    We are moving away from devnet to the Adobe io site. Moving forward that will the place to get all of Adobe SDK.
    We also have an early access program for our plugin partners. You may join our prerelease site you will get SDK builds way before we release it on public facing pages.

  15. Export Artboards "Name" Error

    I exported first one Artboard of 2 or 3 in the beginnning of a design process, the changed the names in the end of all 3 artboards to the projectname. The first artboard still kept the original name ("artboard 01" or else) so i had to rename by hand this file. Pretty weird.

  17. Cannot open file with Bridge

    I am using the latest version of Illustrator, CC2017.
    Often, an Illustrator file will not open with Bridge. Bridge is also the latest version. CC2017. Initially, files will open normally.

    No other application has this problem.

  18. Artboard list drops off when saving

    With multiple artboards setup. "Save a copy" to EPS and select "Use Artboards" Select "all".

    EPS's export fine, artboards still in there, but artboard listing drops all but top artboard. If you click around a bit, they re-appear.

  19. Crashes on "Cancel" in Keyboard Shortcuts Window

    1. Illustrator CC 2017 (21.1.0)
    2. Pressed "Cancel" in the Keyboard Shortcuts window.
    3. Expected Keyboard Shortcuts window to close without saving changes.
    4. Illustrator crashes

    No plugins installed.

    Removing preferences resolves the bug, but something in the process of re-setting my preferences makes the bug return.

  20. Scale not auto highlighting input box

    CC 2015.3 - when you hit S, the value input box is not highlighted like it is with every other tool (move, rotate, etc.)
