  1. More access to my other image files

    I can’t import a .jpg saved to my files, can’t open and access my photos, either. I installed this for a pattern design class, and I can’t use the sketch I did for it, because the program won’t recognize the file, which I thought was supported.

  2. Stroke width min. of 1 pt unacceptable

    Need better control over stroke width. Min. Of 1 pt width is completely unusable on fine arch. Plans, without scaling while drawing, and destroying scale. Need .25. & .5 pt at minimum. Must accept type in value.

  3. Locked layer on top is interrupting the selection of the layers below

    When a layer is locked, it is not possible to select the unlocked layers that are located below that. I am not talking about sub-layers, this bug goes for individual layers. As soon as a layer is lock the layers below it can not be selected by Apple Pencil but they only can be selected by tapping on the layer panel.

  4. Lost work due to bug

    After hitting the back button to save my work, some dialog popped open on the top right for a too short time to read what it said. After that I tried opening my work again but it only showed the "preview loading“ dialog for a very short amount of time and closed it again without opening my work. So I force closed the app and opened it again only to find my work not having been saved. Even the version history is empty. Very frustrating! Please never delete unsaved work!

  5. iPad Pro 3rd gen - app lags/won’t refresh after a few strokes/movements

    Bought an iPad Pro 3rd gen (264gig) and can’t use illustrator, ps, fresco, anything without it freezing. Is it too old?

    Attached image of blank canvas in PS after trying to use one brush. Totally lagged. It’s supposed to be a red paintbrush, it’s not the eraser tool.

  6. Document glitch

    I was working on a logo project, and I duplicated four artboards to make a new set, and when I did, half of them couldn’t paste because they went outside the document bounds, and the remaining artboards glitched when I tried to delete them. I closed and reopened the document, and none of the artboards came up, then I tried closing the app, and it still didn’t load, I also deleted the app and redownloaded it, amd it still didn’t load properly. Then the app wouldn’t load anything at all.

  7. Things I DID NOT select gets moved and undo does not undo

    I select a few things or one thing to move but items which I have not selected gets moved. It looks like I moved the artboard but not all the items are moved. When I hit undo, it undoes my action before this accidental one. It is really hard to move the things back to their actual place and I have encountered this bug at least 5 times today. I attached a screenshot of moved objects. The one on the right is supposed to be like the one on the left but this accidental movement made it like this. Only…

  8. Unable to see which spot color has been used once the object is deselected

    Can someone help please. It seems to me that once you deselect an object that has been filled with a spot colour you can no longer see what colour has been used for that object when you re-select it.
    Nothing is highlighted in the swatch panel and nothing seems to tell me the specific colour in the properties panel.
    When it is taken into Illustrator on the desktop it still is a spot colour.
    Can I see this information anywhere, am I missing something?

  9. Deselection bug when an image is added to the document

    After adding an image to a document a selection/deselection bug triggers. I am unable to reliably tap off a selected object to deselect it. It takes anywhere between 5-8 taps to register. Longer taps have a higher chance of registering.

    Once the image is removed from the document, normal selection behaviour returns (1 tap off the object deselect it).

    Considering I always start with a sketch layer to illustrate over, this renders the app unusable for me.

  10. Layers need fixing

    Sometimes objects drawn in the bottom-most layer will cover objects in layers above. Nothing changes as I reorganize the layers.

  11. Eraser tool crashes app

    After working on a file a while, the eraser will not erase lines drawn with brush tool, and will crash program and lose work.

  12. Selection Tool Often Doesn’t Select

    The selection tool often doesn’t work. When this happens, I select using the direct selection tool then switch to the selection tool and then it works.

    psdファイルをイラストレーターでオブジェクト変換したときレイヤーが二重になる。仕様なのか分かりませんが、psdデータ通りのレイヤーにしてほしい。

  16. Export problems

    I can edit raster to grater than 72 dpi.

    Also if I save as an AI, PSD My work is being flattened into one layer.

    Also my work on AI for Ipad is not syncing to my adobe could... Ill open my cloud on my MAC and none of my iPad WORK IS THERE

  17. Adobe stock previews wont load in Illustrator.

    When trying to import a preview file from Adobe Stock to Illustrator on iPad, it doesn’t seem to load. I’ve struggled to add any images from adobe stock into the app directly. Please help.

  18. Bug: Display sleep/auto-lock is disabled when Illustrator is open on iPad

    When Illustrator is open on my iPad, my iPad never goes to sleep, despite the fact that my iPad is set to auto-lock after 2 minutes. This is obviously ******* battery life if I forget to close Illustrator when I walk away from my iPad.

  20. Can’t open ai files

    Can’t open ai files, it was fine till the last update and now they are all greyed out with no option to open them. Anyone else have the same problem???
