Exporting issues super annoying
I been trying to save and export an AI for the past 2 hours and all it says is exporting the then unresponsive any idea why

Text tool
When I open the text tool to write something, the options / settings row is not responsive in landscape mode (iPad Pro 11“). It is not possible to scroll the settings row down to use all options. Not with fingers or pen.

I have a super simple completed graphic, and every time I try to ungroup, illustrator crashes.
Also my mini toolbar doesn’t show up when I direct select the graphic. Help!

Ai is not syncing Cloud files correctly
Yesterday I updated Ai and I realized that Illustrator is not syncing cloud files correctly, not sure why but I tried with Fresco and it’s works well there.

Gradient
Gradient tool is difficult to utilize. Instead of allowing me to adjust points on a gradient, it is more likely to add a new one. Then it becomes a trick in itself to delete them.

Y positioning bug in Properties panel
Using iPad Pro 9.7 with iOS 14.0.1 and Illustrator 1.0.2:
Selected a path using direct selection tool. In Properties panel, attempted to alter Y position by using scrubbing control. At first the position moved a small amount as expected, but suddenly the numbers blew up to astronomical values. Tried to get it back to original value by typing original value in Y value box but it would not accept input, only would change to different astronomical values.7 votesHi,

It’s so laggy it’s frustrating
I have a 12.9 iPad Pro, so I know I have plenty of power, why is this app so tragically slow. It takes multiple seconds to respond to any command. Even switching between tools.

Cant add fonts
I used to be able to add fonts in .ttf file format, but now it requests a validation and says its not available.

Can’t export on Ipad 7th gen.
Can’t export on IPad 7th gen, sometimes it crashes as well. Also will there be any integration with the Procreate app somehow? I’m working with procreate, I know it is a pixel based app, however it would be nice to have it as a export friendly option so that the users could image trace on the adobe illustrator app as well. I think that would be an excellent pairing.

Export to .psd doesn’t work
Necesito exportar a .psd con capas pero cuando voy a elegir el lugar donde quiero guardar no pasa nada. He probado con Dropbox, files, iCloud y no funciona

Double tapping the screen pastes the last item copied from clipboard.
Everytime I try to select a point on a line for example by double tapping it, Illustrator pastes the last copied item from clipboard even though in the app settings “No Action” is selected in the Double Tap column. And it’s not like “Paste” is even in that list as an option.
Also it doesn’t simply paste the last item, it breaks it into pieces and moves them randomly. You can see this in the attached photo.
Does anyone else encountered this issue? This is super annoying as it happens everytime i double tap anything, even after the last update.

Don’t show font previews of all the cruft fonts i never use. Just show the names and cuts of the fonts so I can select them quickly.

Having the menu display all the previews is a waste of space and you can’t tell the difference quickly between Helvetica, Helvetica Neue, and all the cuts quickly by sight anyway. It’s a nuisance.

Type and curser
The type tool is clunky. I can never know where the curser is - it’s not easy to select, double tap, hold finger down - I have to touch the type, double tap , all just to figure out where the curser is ~ It’s pretty frustrating.
I’ve tried with my finger, pen tool and the track pad to see what works the best... it’s not ideal with anything

アートボードを移動すると、その上にあるオブジェクトも一緒に移動できますが、これを取り消した場合、テキストオブジェクトのみ元の位置に戻りません。

Exclamation point near most of my fonts
I can’t even alter my logo for my client. For no apparent reason these orange exclamation marks blocked the text. Your app doesn’t hint or explain in any kind of way what the reason is other than an exclamation points.

Unable to import Adobe Stock files from my library
Every time I try to import an Adobe Stock file from my library into an Illustrator document I get a red error message that says “Can’t place file”. I am able to import my own files from my library.

Type on path sticks
Even when layer of path is locked, the type seems to jump around, and is very laggy when moving around.
When created the attached, the word ‘terrarium’ was on the bottom circle but upon locking and unlocking its layer its jumped to the top.

Grossura da linha
Não consigo alterar a grossura da linha. Sempre que tento alterar para uma grossura inferior a 1, automaticamente assume a linha sem cor.

Smooth tool no longer working.
I didn't have this issue prior to updating the app with the new update.
Before I would keep my smoothness setting around 5 and it would keep my lines smooth and even. I wouldn't have any issues with my shaky hands. Now, to even notice a difference, I have to bump it up to 70+ to even notice a smoothing of the line. However, changing it to 70+ makes the line draw incredibly slow and eventually crashes the app.
Several other people have posted about this over in the support community.
