  1. Typing (with iPad and Magic Keyboard) is nearly impossible

    Since using my iPad with the Magic Keyboard (2+ years) typing has been atrocious. Somehow only getting worse. Work takes 3x longer.
    Typing almost never works.
    Shortcut keys work 50% of the time. Then just stop until i restart the app

  3. PLEASE look into why layers are NOT being highlighted when selected on artboard!

    I cannot continue any of my projects if this isn’t fixed as I work with over 1k+ layers and thousands of paths. I need to be able to press any drawing on the artboard to find the layer it is in….what happened these past months for this to become an issue ESPECIALLY when there has been no update.

    Going to cancel my subscription until this is fixed. This is ridiculous.

  4. all of the sudden my starting crashing, can’t open anything

    I’ve never had any issues with the application for the past year. Today i can’t import any photos I get “can’t place file” and now i can’t even open a new document. It just show a blue loading circle and then crashes as soon as it goes away. Sometimes I get a little further than others, but I’m getting now where. I’ve reinstalled the app, updated my iPad, cleared out some storage, both on my iPad and cloud. I don’t know what else to do.

    I have a layer in my project that I locked, but then unlocked it, and now I can’t select it... anything I can do I did, but it does not get selected

  6. It always freezes, and shuts down when using Pen or layers

    Please fix the bug immediately, it always freezes, comes out by itself when I use Pen tools or Layers, this becomes a bad application

  7. Photos and canvas freezes sometimes after importing photos

    About one out of every five times I import a photo from my iPad camera roll the art board and picture freezes in place. I can still select different tools and options and I can still go back, but I can’t move around the photos or Zoom in and out of the canvases/art boards. I have to quit the app and restart it to start moving around my photos or canvases again.

  9. Unable to open files after IpadOS 26.4 update

    When I try to open a file to work on, it’ll attempt to load the project, the UI properly loads, then the entire app freezes and crashes. I am unable to access my projects.

    Edit: The file I attempted to open after several tries, however seems very unreliable.
    Edit 2: I tried opening a different file and this error message popped up (IMG_0311.jpeg). This hasn’t happened prior to the OS update.

  10. Objects jumping - Can’t move them precisely

    I’m trying to create repeat files I can download as tiles. To do so, I’m trying to duplicate and move objects precisely using the x and y positions in Properties, but the objects keep jumping/snapping so I can’t do it. Sometimes it works, but often it doesn’t, even with snapping turned off. Is there another way to make repeatable tiles?

  11. Switching Issue (Artboard Freezes)

    Switching to another app and returning to Illustrator can cause the artboard to freeze while the toolbars stay functional.

  12. Artboard Freezing (Zooming)

    – When zoomed in, using two fingers to zoom out can cause the artboard to freeze.
    – The toolbars remain responsive, but the artboard does not.
    – To fix it, the app must be fully closed and reopened; exiting the file only doesn’t work.

  13. Cannot open files stored in projects

    I cannot find a way to open a file that is stored in a project in the ipad, not on the illustrator app itself, not in files, not in adobe express.

  14. Why press the backspace button will delete the 2nd word on the left

    Is this a bug? I can’t just delete the word as my went.
    And I can’t use the “up” “down” “left” “right” button to move the word input position in the text box.

    I using iPad air and magic keyboard.

  16. Keps crashing

    My illustrator app (on iPad 12.9 inch, 4th gen) keeps crashing every time I open a specific document which is not overly complicated or even heavy? As soon as I open it Illustrator shuts down.

  17. Crashes when renaming paths

    I use an M4 iPad Pro and the app always crashes whenever I try to rename a path or layer. I tried restarting the app, reinstalling it but nothing has seemed to work so far. Extremely frustrating, since you always lose your progress if you didn‘t save beforehand and you need to look for the thing that you‘re looking for for ages.

    When importing PNGs from Photo Gallery, the first one imports fine until importing others right after. They begin to stack over each other As merged an inseparable.

  20. UI Rendering Bug on M4 iPad Pro: Canvas doesn't match Layers Panel

    I am reporting a severe rendering/cache bug. When importing images, the canvas displays incorrect artifacts that DO NOT exist in the original files. Even on the M4 iPad Pro, the app fails to refresh the visual display correctly.

    The Evidence (Referencing Attached Screenshots):

    Visual Discrepancy: My "Layers Panel" shows Object 3 is on the very top, but on the Canvas, it is incorrectly covered by "ghosting" pixels from Object 1.

    Not a File Issue: These artifacts are NOT part of my images. They are UI glitches created by the app's rendering engine.

    Critical Performance Issue:
