  1. i literally have to restart my app every 5 minutes

    i have to restart my app every 5 minutes (not exaggerating) because so many features stop working. zoom, drawing, color picking, etc. i pay $60/mo for these apps and i’m not even guaranteed proper functionality.

  3. I Have to Constantly Lock Layers

    I have to constantly lock and unlock layers, both while actively working on a file AND before saving it, to prevent their contents from suddenly—for NO apparent reason—disappearing!
    The layers remain but are now empty! I can sometimes retrieve their content by reverting to an earlier version, but half the time no previous ones exist.

  7. Preserving layers

    When saving an AI file, the layers are not preserved after sending or opening in a new file. I am having trouble with sharing a design with specific color details in each layer, as the layers are flattened into 1 layer after saving the file as an AI file.

    When using my Magic Keyboard the app crashes instantly, It then also sometimes doesn’t bring up the keyboard on the screen so im unable to type at all.

  13. I can't launch Illustrator on my ipad with IpadOS 17 !!!!

    Before I upgraded to IpadOS 17, I still can use adobe illustrator on my iPad with IpadOS 16/16.5. After I updated to IpadOS 17, I couldn't even launch the app. It just popped out and went back to my home screen. I'm not using any app before it since I restarted my Ipad before launching Illustrator and I tried uninstalling the app, restarting my Ipad and even tried going into Illustrator with adobe creative cloud, but it's still the same way. BTW, I'm using Ipad Pro 4th generation, software version is IpadOS 17 as I said above, and seems like…

  14. Resizing an images crashes the app

    Every time I open Adobe illustrator and resize an image on my artboard, the app freezes and then crashes. I can open the properties on the side and resize the image by typing how many pixels to enlarge or shrink the image. However, if I try to grab one of the Corners of the image and drag to make it larger or smaller, that’s when the app freezes and crashes, leaving my work unsaved. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Illustrator app, verifying and updating my iPadOS and restarting my M4 Apple iPad Pro.

  15. Layers don’t get refreshed ands still show up after deletion

    With almost any project I work on, I have to exit and then re-open AI to get my layers to refresh and show accurately. Layers that were deleted still show up and I know it has gone belly up when I try to click on something and I get no response.

    This has been happening the entire time I've used AI on the iPad. How can a glaring issue like this not be addressed?

  16. App Crashed when opening a file

    App used to work fine. Now when I try to open a file it takes forever to open, when finally open it shows a black window and the app crashes.

  17. Adobe Caslon Pro not rendering properly on 13” M4 iPad Pro

    Adobe Caslon Pro is rendering oddly on the new iPad when I’m zoomed to 300% in my canvas. When I’m at 700% the jagged bits go away and it renders smoothly. Feel free to reach out for more info.

  18. App crashes as soon as I select several Items and try to copy them

  19. Imported png image appears with weird background instead of transparent.

    When i place a png image with a transparent background, it appears with a solid background made up of a warped version of the png (see attached image).
