Tablet version on iPad Pro has stopped allowing me to work at all when project is open.
The last two days when trying to work with any project I am not able to do anything in them. I can open them and that is all. I thought it may be an update going through but it is persisting and I cannot use the program on iPad. This is hindering my work. Please fix this bug. Thanks

Pinch to Zoom stops working periodically forcing app restarts
Either during active work, or when swapping between apps on iPad Pro, the pinch to zoom function just completely stops working. You are completely unable to move around your artboard. In order to restore the functionality, the only solution is for the app to be closed or restarted. This problem has only started happening in the last week.

Crashing while exporting a file in PDF
When I use the program on the iPad I’m not able to export any files to PDF, keeps crashing down every time even if it is the latest software update or app latest update.
Haven’t been able to export any files in my iPad since 4 months ago.

When adding a file, 2 files open simultaneously. This can not be edited to remove the second file. Restarting app doesn’t always work.

PNG’s are constantly uploading as corrupted files with static lines embedded in the image. App also crashes when leaving and returning.

Issue with uploading images
I'm uploading images into my file, however, they don't appear. i can see the outline and move it around, but the image isn't there. Need help ASAP.

Program crash constantly
App crash when I move to other apps and come back, art board is frizzed I have to restart the program without saving work

When using Apple Pencil it crashes on iPad OS 17
When using Apple Pen to use pen tool and start making something the app instantly crashes. Any tool will not work. The app is smooth and easy in the menu and it functions normally it just will not tolerate creating anything

I just downloaded on the iPad pro, IOS 18.5
I just downloaded on the iPad pro, IOS 18.5. App opens, when click to create a new project, the loading wheel appears, and then after 2 seconds closes, and nothing happens. I’m left on the home screen. I’ve tried uninstalling/redownloading app twice.
Any suggestions? If cannot fix then I will uninstall and cancel my membership.

No se exportan los vectores completos
No puedo exportar el documento como vector, al exportar como AI se hace una imagen borrosa e incompleta. Quiero exportarlo como vector para pasarlo al ilustrator de escritorio pero al abrirlo está incompleto y borroso.

importing images does not work in app
When I import an image using the shortcut on the workspace to the left the images only shows up as a white frame and I cannot see the actually image. When importing images by copying them in the photos app and pressing cmd v in the app it imports correctly.

Multitud de fallos
A veces se cierra solo, cuando trabajas en una capa no se actualiza a no ser que cierres el programa con lo que no sabes que paso llevas y no sirve deshacer y rehacer para comprobar, cuando borras un trazo se crea una capa y si no te das cuenta luego te vuelves loca para saber el origen y con miedo de no borrar por si es algo importante, a veces se pilla cuando tocas un trazo y a los segundos responde, al presionar el círculo para seleccionar varias capas se deselecciona aunque lo tengas pulsado y te tienes que…

Menus and tools are not scrollable or responding
Menus are not scrolling or responding, though clearly there is more on the menu than it is showing. An example of this is the fonts menu which is only showing the first 10 or 12 fonts even though they’re hundreds. Also tools don’t seem to be working, except sometimes in the practice examples that are offered on the homepage.

iPad版Illustratorにおいて、外部キーボード（十字キー/矢印キー）およびトラックパッドでのアートボードのナビゲーションが機能しない問題が発生しており、作業に支障をきたしております。
問題の概要：
* 外部キーボードの十字キー： 上下左右の矢印キーを押しても、選択中のオブジェクトが移動しません。
* トラックパッドでのアートボード移動： トラックパッド（二本指でのスクロールなど）でアートボードを上下左右に移動させることができません。
確認済みの情報：
* 使用キーボード： Keychron K2 および Apple Magic Keyboard の両方で試しましたが、同様に機能しませんでした。
* 他アプリでの動作： 同一のiPad上でAffinity Designerなどの他のグラフィックアプリでは、上記の外部キーボードの十字キーおよびトラックパッドでのナビゲーションが問題なく機能することを確認済みです。このことから、iPadOSや外部入力デバイス自体の問題ではなく、Illustrator iPad版アプリに起因する問題であると推測されます。
* アプリ内設定： アプリケーション設定内を確認しましたが、キーボードやトラックパッドの挙動に関する設定や「キーボード増分」のような項目は見当たりませんでした。（以前添付した画像参照）
* トラブルシューティング： Illustratorアプリの再起動、iPadの再起動、キーボードおよびトラックパッドの再接続（ペアリング解除・再接続）も試しましたが、改善されませんでした。
要望：
この問題は、オブジェクトの正確な微調整や、アートボード全体の効率的な操作を行う際に非常に不便であり、ワークフローに大きな影響を与えています。特に外部入力デバイスを併用するユーザーにとっては、基本的な操作が制限されるため、作業効率が著しく低下します。お手数をおかけしますが、この問題の原因調査と、早期の修正をご検討いただけますようお願い申し上げます。1 vote -
App freezes and crashes, data lost
The app will freeze up and then crash on me and doesn’t save and my work is lost. Not only is this a huge inconvenience but it makes it extremely frustrating especially when hours of work are lost.

While using Illustrator and switch from app back to the stylus no longer responds correctly, would no longer be able to move objects in on the art board, must restart app to make work

Photos are no longer appearing when added (started about 1 week ago)
Hi there, I am having trouble adding photos to a project. This is a new issue where the photo does not appear. You can see the screenshots attached. I’ve restarted, removed the app and re-downloaded, all the basic tech troubleshooting, but it is still not working.
