  1. Crashes when renaming paths

    I use an M4 iPad Pro and the app always crashes whenever I try to rename a path or layer. I tried restarting the app, reinstalling it but nothing has seemed to work so far. Extremely frustrating, since you always lose your progress if you didn‘t save beforehand and you need to look for the thing that you‘re looking for for ages.

  2. Non posso piu disegnare con la matita. Solo linee dritte e spigolose

    A volte non funziona lo strumento matita o la penna o il pennello! Semplicemente non posso tracciare linee fluide con nessuno strumento

  3. UI Rendering Bug on M4 iPad Pro: Canvas doesn't match Layers Panel

    I am reporting a severe rendering/cache bug. When importing images, the canvas displays incorrect artifacts that DO NOT exist in the original files. Even on the M4 iPad Pro, the app fails to refresh the visual display correctly.

    The Evidence (Referencing Attached Screenshots):

    Visual Discrepancy: My "Layers Panel" shows Object 3 is on the very top, but on the Canvas, it is incorrectly covered by "ghosting" pixels from Object 1.

    Not a File Issue: These artifacts are NOT part of my images. They are UI glitches created by the app's rendering engine.

    Critical Performance Issue:

    At first, I was unable to export PNG files, now it’s SVG files.

  6. Moving Artboards (Text Displaced)

    • When I move an artboard, if one layer is locked, the text gets displaced and does not return to its original position.
    • Pressing Undo doesn’t restore it to its correct positions.
    • The only way to fix this is by reverting to a previous file version using Version History.

  7. Paste Behavior on Open

    When opening Illustrator, the app automatically wants to paste from other apps. It’s almost constant.

  8. CRASH: Duplicate Object(s)

    • Sometimes objects appear duplicated.
    • Clicking on these these objects crash the app, causing loss of any unsaved work.
    • After a crash, reopening the app allows you to continue working, but if the duplicated objects are still visible, clicking them will crash the app again.
    • The only workaround is to not click the duplicates, but instead exit the current file and reopen it. All duplicated disappear after doing this.
    • Closing the app and reopening the file does not work.

  9. Adobe Fonts are not synching. Open Creative Cloud App is still linked.

    Adobe Fonts are not synching. When attempting to browse more fonts, Open Creative Cloud App is still linked, which no longer goes anywhere as the app does not exist. I need a way to get Adobe fonts into Illustustrator for iPad ASAP, please!!!.

  10. AI file Won’t Save on Tablet

    When opening a file I was working on I discovered that it wasn’t saving. I tried going to settings under Adobe Illustrator app and specify where to save. That didn’t work. I noticed that as I exited out the file I got an error message saying file can’t be saved. What do I do? Because I’m losing all of my work.

  15. After update, apple pencil and touch does not work correctly

    After update, making shapes with apple pencil does not work. And pan/zoom with pinching via touch does not work. Makes it impossible to use. I have restarted and it works for a second and then happens again.

  17. Fix the performance and stability issues that make what could be an wonderful design app into an unusable disappointment.

    The stuttering when drawing or panning the screen, the freezes, the crashes all erode what could be a wonderful way to design vector graphics on the iPad. I LOVE some of the UX details such as how when you delete a node it matches the existing curve as close as possible (I wish this feature was in the desktop version), or the smoothness of the drawing tools (at least until the become horribly laggy).

    Sadly, Illustrator on the iPad sits there unused, only opened briefly when a new update is pushed in the hope that it actually fixes the performance…

  19. Photos on top of previous photos

    Whenever I am trying to add a photo it adds it with the previous image I have used in the document. Even after quitting the app and even re-downloading it. The photos appear stacked and are not something I can separate. Each time I add a different photo it just keeps adding all three or all four (these images I am working with are PNG so I can see it all stacked).

    I am so frustrated and need to get this work done. I am very annoyed that I pay all year for this app and only use it like…
