iPad版Illustratorにおいて、外部キーボード（十字キー/矢印キー）およびトラックパッドでのアートボードのナビゲーションが機能しない問題が発生しており、作業に支障をきたしております。
問題の概要：
* 外部キーボードの十字キー： 上下左右の矢印キーを押しても、選択中のオブジェクトが移動しません。
* トラックパッドでのアートボード移動： トラックパッド（二本指でのスクロールなど）でアートボードを上下左右に移動させることができません。
確認済みの情報：
* 使用キーボード： Keychron K2 および Apple Magic Keyboard の両方で試しましたが、同様に機能しませんでした。
* 他アプリでの動作： 同一のiPad上でAffinity Designerなどの他のグラフィックアプリでは、上記の外部キーボードの十字キーおよびトラックパッドでのナビゲーションが問題なく機能することを確認済みです。このことから、iPadOSや外部入力デバイス自体の問題ではなく、Illustrator iPad版アプリに起因する問題であると推測されます。
* アプリ内設定： アプリケーション設定内を確認しましたが、キーボードやトラックパッドの挙動に関する設定や「キーボード増分」のような項目は見当たりませんでした。（以前添付した画像参照）
* トラブルシューティング： Illustratorアプリの再起動、iPadの再起動、キーボードおよびトラックパッドの再接続（ペアリング解除・再接続）も試しましたが、改善されませんでした。
要望：
この問題は、オブジェクトの正確な微調整や、アートボード全体の効率的な操作を行う際に非常に不便であり、ワークフローに大きな影響を与えています。特に外部入力デバイスを併用するユーザーにとっては、基本的な操作が制限されるため、作業効率が著しく低下します。お手数をおかけしますが、この問題の原因調査と、早期の修正をご検討いただけますようお願い申し上げます。1 vote -
App freezes and crashes, data lost
The app will freeze up and then crash on me and doesn’t save and my work is lost. Not only is this a huge inconvenience but it makes it extremely frustrating especially when hours of work are lost.

Photos are no longer appearing when added (started about 1 week ago)
Hi there, I am having trouble adding photos to a project. This is a new issue where the photo does not appear. You can see the screenshots attached. I’ve restarted, removed the app and re-downloaded, all the basic tech troubleshooting, but it is still not working.

loose ability to drag and resize with cursor when switching programs
Cant drag, resize, move objects, or move the canvas with the touch screen or sliders after switching between a program.
Ex: switching to browser and coming back. Have to restart app to fix it.2 votes -
I can’t move things OUT of folders
Dropped an illustration into the wrong folder and can’t get it out of said folder on iPad version at all. Maybe add a ‘move to folder’ feature to prevent this.

No puedo exportar el documento como vector, al exportar como AI se hace una imagen borrosa e incompleta. Quiero exportarlo como vector para pasarlo al ilustrator de escritorio pero al abrirlo está incompleto y borroso.

i literally have to restart my app every 5 minutes
i have to restart my app every 5 minutes (not exaggerating) because so many features stop working. zoom, drawing, color picking, etc. i pay $60/mo for these apps and i’m not even guaranteed proper functionality.

Bug: Crashing while organizing files
Under “Your files” on the app landing page, when attempting to move files to folders, the app often crashes. It seems to happen most often after files have been moved into a new folder when you attempt to navigate back up into the previous folder.

Importing JPEG images from the Photos app results in transparency or restricted display
In Illustrator for iPad, importing JPEG images from the Photos app results in transparency or restricted display. However, importing the same image from the Files app works fine. Please fix this Photos import rendering issue as it affects regular workflows.

Colors Dark Blue immediately switches to Dark Purple
Whenever I create use the color blue ex: 0004FF, along the ranges of dark blue, it automatically goes to purple. 391293 (Along that range). When I try to make the swatch of my dark blue, it immediately adds a dark purple swatch of that variant.
I never had this issue before until now. I am working on the newest iPad Pro in color mode CMYK.2 votes -
Pen tool defaults to basic profile with each stroke.
Pen tool defaults to basic profile with each stroke. It holds its width if set to basic, but loses both width and profile when profile is set. Can Persistent Stroke Style not be an option in Pen Settings? I genuinely do not understand why anyone would want their pen tool to default to basic every time they draw a new line.
