  3. When using brush, the stroke covers the entire screen

    I can't even use a single paint brush... when i do the stroke covers the entire screen no matter how much alter the brush size. Don't understand what I pay $20 a month for, really frustrating app.

  4. App crash when making new file on iOS17 public beta

    On iOS17 public beta, if you open illustrator and create a new file right after setting the dimensions, and naming the file- the app crashes when loading up the canvas.

  6. Full Justification Does Not Work on iPad. And, No Hyphenation.

    When I try to edit a file on the iPad app that was created in the Desktop app with full justification and hyphenation, the iPad app removes the full justification. Even though full justification is selected in the iPad app, the ragged right edge of left-justify remains. Additionally, there are no hyphenation options on the iPad, which also screws up text and layout.

    Together, this makes the iPad app completely unusable for much of my work.

    These are basic functions of any layout software.

    Software iscontinually crashing
    There is ample space on iPad,sometimes work is auto saved other times I lose all of my work. Extremely frustrating especially for such an expensive program.

    I made an art for the whole day but it didn’t save all , just the first 5hrs was saved and everything after that was deleted I need to draw it again and put all the details

  9. Unable to copy and paste select layers from one project to the other.

    I am able to copy and paste only certain layers within a certain project and paste to another file. All indications show it to be working, until i select paste. Then nothing happens.

  11. Fix app crash

    I have the app on my iPad and whenever I edit photos (expand vectorization) the app tends to crash. I go back to the app and click on my “saved”work but nothings there and it crashes again.

  12. 「新規作成」→「ファイルを作成」ができない

    Illustrator ipadで問題が発生しておりますので、ご助言いただきたいです
    結論から申しますと、新規作成ができません
    どのような状態かと申しますと、当該Appを開き

    「新規作成」→「ファイルを作成」

    しばらくウェイト状態ののち、またホーム画面に戻ってしまいます
    再度、新規作成→ファイルを作成するも、結果は同じ

    どのような原因が考えられるか教えてください

    追記:
    「学ぶ」→「実践チュートリアル」から各チュートリアル(はじめに/iPad版の機能/概要)がタッチしてもウェイト状態になるだけで開きません
    但し、ビデオチュートリアルは正常に開くことができます

  13. Brush keeps defaulting to point 1 flat stroke shape

    Using Ipad IOS Adobe Illustrator App. While using a paint brush (ex: 3 pt Round), after a few strokes, it defaults back to 1 pt flat. As I am moving my Gen 2 Apple Pencil, the preview is correct size and shape, but once I stop drawing it reverts to pt 1 flat. Not only that, but it also changes all strokes on the current layer to pt 1 flat regardless of what they are. Furthermore, it will even change strokes on other locked layers to pt 1 flat.

  14. Random zoom in breaking my workflow | Can you help?

    When I’m moving around the workspace, it fills the screen with the most recently used art board, and when I zoom out, it re-zooms in.

  15. Constantly crashing and rarely saves projects

    the app constantly crashes. there hasn't been one day where I was able to use it in one sitting without it crashing. it also barely ever saves my projects and always says can't save file. seems like these are universal problems for other users that have been occurring for the last few years. i don't know why adobe refuses to fix this issue but this app is completely unusable.

  20. Freezing and crashing

    The app is freezing on all the documents rather it be new or old. I’m unable to select items as well as I’m unable to add text. The problem has only been noticed on iPads.
