I’m subscription every month but i can’t work on ipad pro M2, now crashing application often. How do you responsible?

anyone addressing bugs or basic malfunctioning?
As an Illustrator desktop self taught artist/user for about 25 years, I have now struggled with an iPadPro for 18 months. Had I realized the limited functionality and time needed to discover and deal with the daily crashes & bugs, I would never have purchased it. The question being: is Adobe actually attempting to address this? OR is this just what I have to accept & plan for in my process? This help link appears to provide very little support or encouragement about the future of Illustrator on the iPad.

Unable to Create New Doc
Every time I attempt to create a new document Illustrator lets me name and set up. It opens the new document and immediately crashes. The only way I can create a new document is by duplicating one from a previous day, open it and then rename it. Apps and the iPadPro 12.9” are up to date. This behavior began before the most recent iPad update a few days ago.

Crashing at launch on iPadOS 17

Hebrew typing wrong direction
When typing in Hebrew on iPad the direction is wrong!! It’s 2024 - why is it not working well as desktop?!

App crashes after opening project
App crashes after opening a project. Maybe it is caused by the update to iOS 17, but I cannot work in this way.

Eye dropper randomly stops working on iPad
Eye dropper will randomly stop working. I am using an iPad. I have had this happen on multiple projects. The eye dropper shows black when selected and stays black no matter what color I try to select. It is not a settings issue as I will use it multiple times before then it just will only show/choose black.

Shape builder tool frozen many times so flustrating !!!!
I am so flustrated it worked so nicely and then it stopped. I cannot do anything, I really hope I can get soon some help. My work flow is disturbed:-(

Selection of multiple items bug
This happened in a large document with 15 + artboards. If you have an item in a layer, and that layer is in another layer, the selection tool bugs and you can only select everything on that board or just one thing

App crashes every 5 minutes and work is gone
The app crashes every 5 minutes when I try and draw. It won’t let me save and shows an error message and when it crashes I lose all of my progress from when I re opened the file.

App closes and all work is lost after about a minute of doodling
I just installed illustrator for iPad yesterday. I’m running a 9th gen 64 gb iPad. I open the app, select the Pencil tool, change it to art, then charcoal (1,2,or 3), then I start doodling some trees with my stylus (Apple Pencil clone). After about a minute, the app just closes and I have to start over. I’m one day into the free trial, but I won’t pay for something that is unusable.

keyboard shortcuts stop working after export
they work fine, then I export a file and when I come back the magic keyboard does nothing. Trackpad still works and if I quit the app and reopen the keyboard shortcuts work again, until export

White screen
When I try to open the file I was creating, the screen turns white and when I open the layer, there is nothing. I've been creating it for a long time, but I'm having trouble getting it done help me.

Ai for iPad crashes when I create a new template
This is a bug report.
Every time I go to create a new template it crashes when I select “create file”.
But when I open it back up the new template exists and selecting to work after that point it’s fine. The bug in the program comes after it makes the document.
It crashes. But once opened again all is good.I believe that A command prompt in what to do next is the syntax error that needs fixing.

App crashes without exception, when I move the cursor to the upper left corner.
When I open any AI file oder create a new one, the app crashes all the time after I move the cursor in the upper left corner (where the “back” icon is). When I am not in a specific file but at the overview screen the same happens in the upper left corner, where my little Account thumbnail is.
The app also crashes, when i try to move the cursor to the left, where the tool-buttons are. This happens ALL THE TIME, without any exception as long I use the iPad Magic Keyboard Trackpad to move the cursor. When I…

The app keeps crashing no matter what I do. I’ve done everything I was able to do on this forum and it still won’t stop. Everything is up to date.

App constantly crashes + cant save a file error
Hi!
The app constantly crashes on my ipad 9.
What I do:
1. Open the app
2. Open the project
3. It crashes and doesnt let me do any actionBefore the above started to happen, there also was “cant save a file” error for a couple of months, I coudnt save any of my projects on ipad.
So now I cannot use your app at all.
I wanted to attach the log file here, but it writes that the file format is not supported (zip).
Help, please.

App crashing
App crashes within a minute or two of opening. iOS and app are up to date and I even tried deleting and reinstalling the app but it continues to crash shortly after opening it.
