Join tool to make corners meet
When two endpoints are selected, a join/trim feature would be ideal to make the corners meet.

We already have the feature of join path can be found in Path menu in right bar or the quick actions shown right below the selection.

Selecting anything with pencil closes window almost instantly
Any selection of tool or setting, really anything I try with Apple Pencil opens a window very briefly not allowing time to select anything. If I select by touch and hold, you have to release pressure then try to press selection before it closes. I reinstalled Illustrator but the same issue makes it totally unusable. Thank you
10 votesThere is a similar recent issue, caused by Pencil hover (https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT211774) support conflict with iPad OS 17.1 and it affects only 12.9 inch (6th Generation) iPad Pro and 11-inch (4th Generation) iPad Pro.
Sometimes this can be resolved by going to Settings > Apple Pencil and turning off Show Effects.

Pen tool doesn’t remove an anchor point
Pen tool not working as mentioned when I want to remove anchor point of the previous one holding pen on that point but still it’s not removing the anchor point

Pencil 2 Brush disappeared
I drew a stroke with the Pencil 2 Brush. After duplicating the artboard, I noticed my strokes had disappeared. The path was still there, though - as was the applied Brush 2. However, even in the brushes panel, Pencil 2 seemed to have no attributes. It was just blank, not even showing a sample/preview stroke. I changed the path to Pencil 1, and all was fine. Though, several days later Pencil 2 brush is still missing.

Remove Double tap paste
Double tap to paste is a straight up bad idea! Like when I’m trying to select an object within a group or something I’m just pasting the clipboard randomly over and over . Get rid of it!

Fix huge lag on Paint Brush tool - Makes the iPad version tool virtually unusable
Am I the only user seeing a huge lag on the new Paint Brush tool. Pencil tool is fine. Fresco, Procreate and Apple Notes is fine. I am using an iPad Pro 2015 so maybe this is the reason?

Blob brush lagging and keeps reverting to taper since last update
Ever since the last update the blob brush is so delayed it’s impossible to use-I’m a full inch ahead before the stroke shows. The pencil acts as expected without lag. Additionally, the blob brush settings keep defaulting to taper and randomly switch to no outline and no fill.

Eyedropper tool does not work
It does not pick up colour and just goes blank or black. Tried to find solutions online, can anyone please help?

Outline stroke not working
Outline stroke doesn’t work. To make the button available you have to group and compound path the paths. Then the button is available but pressing it achieves nothing. Very very very occasionally it will randomly work. Help please.

Eyedropper not picking up all type attributes
This has been a serious issue for many years. When I select a text box then use the eyedropper to copy attributes from another text box, it almost always sets leading at 0.1. Or it will ignore the font/leading of the text I'm copying from and set the size/leading to some other arbitrary value. I am trying to attach screen shots showing two examples of this issue.

The type on a path doesn’t select as usable even when things are selected correctly. It only allow minimal usage of the app’s features

Bug: All brushes on new iPad Pro look the same, pointy ends.
All brushes on new iPad Pro don’t work. They all look the same, with skinny pointy ends, which isn’t a brush line depicted in the brush choices.

Apple Pencil major issues
I have to hit my screen to get it to select not only objects, but layers, etc. and to get objects to move. My pencil works fine in any other app including some Photoshop ones. It’s making projects practically impossible and I don’t want my pencil broken. Please help.

定規のゼロ点をリセットさせると、アートボードの左上端ではなく表示画面の左上端に座標が合う
タイトルの通り。
オブジェクトの正しい座標が確認できず非常に困ります(ピクセル整合作業など)。アプリ上での座標表示はこの定規をもとにしているようです。
グリッドせっかくアートボードやオブジェクトを揃えても、それに無関係な場所にゼロ点を設定されると意味がありません。

Massive mirror Tool bug
Mirror tool deselects the mirror layer when pressing “undo”.
This means that if I’m drawing with live mirroring and mess up on my line of work or anything else for that matter and hit undo it will no longer automatically allow me to continue to draw in mirroring mode until I select the mirror Layer. This currently renders mirror mode completely useless when trying to draw live mirroring. Please for the love of God fix this, clip studio pro has an incredible mirroring mode and it’s honestly the last thing that adobe illustrator is really missing in my opinion. Thank…
