  1. Bug: Display sleep/auto-lock is disabled when Illustrator is open on iPad

    When Illustrator is open on my iPad, my iPad never goes to sleep, despite the fact that my iPad is set to auto-lock after 2 minutes. This is obviously ******* battery life if I forget to close Illustrator when I walk away from my iPad.

    They should be black outline with white center but random shapes are printing black and showing up as black in print preview.

  8. Sensitivity of the touch shortcut circle

    Every time I try to use the circle somehow it doesn’t like to work simultaneously with my Apple Pencil or finger. I’m not lifting my finger and trying to keep as steady as possible.

  9. Copy to clipboard & pasting - across files

    So buggy it’s annoying. Copy layers from one file to the next and half the layers don’t show up. The other half that do don’t retain the original color and substitute something entirely different. Are the copy and color pallet features both to blame?

  15. Why does illustrator (iPad) default to a white fill when drawing? It’s super annoying and unasked for.

    It shouldn’t default to anything. No colors should be chosen until I choose them. It’s like regular Illustrator when it auto adds the stupid stroke when no one asked it to. Stop it.

    I’m not anonymous: I’m literally logged in to two computers and an iPad running CC. I’m BlackChrome.

  16. Colors not the same when i open the iPad file on my computer

    I worked on Illustrator on my IPad Pro version 14.3 saved my files on the Cloud
    When i open it on Illustrator on my computer ( Microsoft Surface) the Colors are not the good one.

  17. “Duplicate” touch shortcut not working

    Move + secondary touch area should duplicate an object, but it doesn’t. The primary touch function (move on X/Y works fine). And the scale proportionally is opposite... scales non-proportionally when no touch is activated, proportionally with primary touch. (Like old versions of Adobe products.)

  19. Can't drag a shape out of a layer if it's the only shape in that layer

    When a layer contains only one shape or group, you can't drag that object out of the layer. That's because Illustrator iPad selects the entire layer when you select a single object in that layer.

    Workaround: draw a second shape in that layer, drag out the initial shape, then deleted the original layer.

    The same problem occurs when you want to drag all of the objects out of a layer: when you select them, Illustrator automatically selects the layers as well, so you can't drag the objects to move them to another layer.

  20. Can’t move layer and layer disappear

    Sometimes I can't select my layers I have to switch tools and it may work. And some layers disappear in the panel layer
