We have not been able to see this issue at our end. Need more information to have it resolved
a) Is this happening on a new document or on an existing Ai document?
b) Is this happening consistently – for each document?
c) Please provide details about RAM and free space on iPad.
d) If possible, if you can attach a video capturing the issue.An error occurred while saving the comment Dez Davis commentedI wish there was a multiple selection available.
1. iPad app force closes or freezes almost constantly, especially the last 2 days2. After multiple device restarts and reinstalation of the app, it still does both freeze and force closes, also will force close when attempting to open a file.
3. Sometimes file opens but to a blank screen, just a little “Artb…” in the middle where my canvas/work should be.
4. When able to successfully open file, and see the images on the screen, as soon as I select anything (a layer, an object, a tool, even the zoom in/out, the art disappears to a blank screen or force closes the app.
Haven’t received any pop up window/ errors so I dont know where to find anything to help the tech support, but I’m on a deadline so please please please fix it soon!

We’ve added new capabilities to the Export options in the latest update. Let us know if you’re still facing issues exporting to PDF.
