210 votesThe fix to this problem is pushed into general release 29.6 — but the team needs a confirmation from us, since the nature of the bug is elusive. Please try to see if it still happens or not and comment back. Otherwise the team plans to close this report as resolved.

An error occurred while saving the comment I had a printer asking for the AI working File after they opened the PDF of my artwork.
I checked by artwork & found that there are 4 linked files in hidden layers. Perhaps these were creating problems for the printer. Not confirmed as I couldn't reach the person in charge yet. -

I have an illustrator file of 300 individual price stickers for normal printing. Client also wants a Photoshop version. When there's a sudden price change for some of the stickers, they want to extract the affected ones to print on desktop printers as stop gap measure.
