An error occurred while saving the comment I previously submitted multiple screenshots related to this issue. That was Feb 8th well over a month ago. I have not gotten any response nor seen any acknowledgement that this is a recognized bug/issue. I can see now that the issue is when I use a CCL on the iPad and place an svg "shape" is sometimes comes in as vector but just as often DOES NOT. The assets are
always a b&w shape having been saved using Adobe Capture. In assets or via my desktop they show correctly and place as a usable vector. As well, even the items that place correctly an an svg editable file do not carry over any renaming that was done on the asset -
new names do not appear in the Layer's panel IF I ADDED them using my iPadPro.
I guess I'd like to know the difference between uservoice and the Adobe communities for feedback. I only purchased the iPadPro 6 month ago but have been an Illustrator user since 1999. Anyone out there monitoring or still supporting the app? Respectfully submitted again:pattybronson@gmail.com OR pbronson@designsinlines.com (my official Adobe e-mail). In response: there is no chance for stability as as soon as the new document opens after creation the app crashes and the created document disappears & does not exist, with no chance to use any tool. I have tried starting Illustrator both directly as the installed app AND/OR by selecting it to open from the icon within the CC app.
