I would prefer support via my Adobe account email but was not successful in how to use it for this community which was very hard to fine! Will I or can I expect to be notified if this is a known issue or there is a solution? Thank you!

Please post a comment if enabling Palm Rejection (explained below) does not help.

I would appreciate it if someone at Adobe would let us know if there is an actual issue with Palm Rejection and if that is being worked on. I purchased a digital 2finger glove which as helped tremendously BUT documentation states one should NOT be needed with an iPadPro. Also saw a comment somewhere to 'reset' the iPadPro (no idea if that's recommended or how to do it).

Enabling Palm Rejection does not help ( I have always had it ON). I've only had my iPadPro for 6 months and am disappointed. I depend on being able to rest my hand on the screen to stabalize a tremor. I DID also just order a digital drawing glove though supposedly one would not be needed with the iPadPro.

Hi,
Make sure you have selected Selection tool while trying to select an object. If you still faces the problem please share a video with us. You can turn on “Show taps as a blue dot” from Application Settings > Input.
Thanks

We have not been able to see this issue at our end. Need more information to have it resolved
a) Is this happening on a new document or on an existing Ai document?
b) Is this happening consistently – for each document?
c) Please provide details about RAM and free space on iPad.
d) If possible, if you can attach a video capturing the issue.patty bronson supported this idea ·

I previously submitted multiple screenshots related to this issue. That was Feb 8th well over a month ago. I have not gotten any response nor seen any acknowledgement that this is a recognized bug/issue. I can see now that the issue is when I use a CCL on the iPad and place an svg "shape" is sometimes comes in as vector but just as often DOES NOT. The assets are
always a b&w shape having been saved using Adobe Capture. In assets or via my desktop they show correctly and place as a usable vector. As well, even the items that place correctly an an svg editable file do not carry over any renaming that was done on the asset -
new names do not appear in the Layer's panel IF I ADDED them using my iPadPro.
I guess I'd like to know the difference between uservoice and the Adobe communities for feedback. I only purchased the iPadPro 6 month ago but have been an Illustrator user since 1999. Anyone out there monitoring or still supporting the app? Respectfully submitted again:pattybronson@gmail.com OR pbronson@designsinlines.com (my official Adobe e-mail). Thanks.
