Pressure Sensitivity Bug using Windows 10 Pro with Wacom Cintiq 22
There is a bug where pressure sensitivity does not work no matter what I do in Windows 10 Pro using the Wacom Cintiq 22. Brush options have been changed from fixed to pressure with the calligraphy brushes, I have verified that Wacom is enabled in Devices, Windows Ink and Pen settings have been disabled to the best of my ability, I updated and reinstalled Illustrator multiple times, installed previous Illustrator versions, reinstalled Wacom drivers, restarted my PC and still, nothings seems to work. Fit a symbol on multiple 3D objects at once
Would love that a symbol could fit on MULTIPLE objects at once, like here the bottom petal to have its symbol continue on the left one.
And I would love if I could, from the decals box, get a ctrl/right click option to duplicate one symbol. So far, I need to add it from the symbol panel again which will reset its position to the center of the object.

Better grid settings
Inkscape 1.1 has great grid management.
It's embedded with the document: because grid needs vary a lot from a document from another
It's accessible on the lateral panel, while on AI you need to enter the general settings; all while snapping is in the view menu (go figure...)
There a two types of grid.
You can set several grids.
On this lateral panel, and for each grid, you can easily define there enable , visible and snapping status. (no menu spelunking)

Stroke width profiles stored with files, not with app
Currently, variable stroke width profiles are stored within the app, not within the file. So when I want to work on a cloud file on another computer, I have to manually add profiles to the saved profiles dropdown again from existing strokes, because they are no longer available.
And while you're at it, add sorting, exporting and importing options to the variable width panel, it is seriously frustrating having to go through all of them every time - if you commonly use this feature, the list can get quite long.

A Adobe através do Creative deveria manter atualizações do Illustrator de sistemas operacionais mais antigo. Meu caso tenho iMac 2011 com o macOs High Sierra 10.13.6 e não consigo atualizar o 24.0, pois, o Creative só atualiza do Catalina pra frente. Tenho certeza que a Adobe deva repensar. Pois é uma frustração de assinante de décadas.

Export for screens missing slice selection feature from Save for Web
Export for Screens seems to be missing a few things to be able to replace Save for Web (Legacy), which is a strong limitation since Export for screens have features Save for web doesn't: Support for exporting multiple scales / resolutions , which is a must in 2022 with responsive images on the web.
One area it is lacking in is support for slices (by priority):
1. Be able to export only a selected slice

A way to convert type to strokes
Can you please create one button that converts type to single-line strokes? Then we can edit letters using the width tool, etc.
Right now it looks like the best option is to rasterize the type, and Image Trace single line. I know your team can make it easier than that because you're wizards.

Ability to warp more precisely
I work in the label industry and we have to warp artwork for tapered containers.
We find that we need to be between whole numbers of a percent.
Is it possible to have the ability to warp 1.3% without it just rounding down or up to the nearest whole number?

Highlight last used field
Best feature in Indesign is to jump back to last used field using a keyboard shortcut. I think this should definitely be part of every application, including Adobe Illustrator. That is, similar to Indesign:
Activate last-used field in panel --- Default: Opt+Cmd+`
This should be a great addition to all the Adobe Applications.

You can’t locate a locked object, when it’s selected, using the 'Select and Unlock objects on canvas' option.

Apply colour mode to different artboards
It would be great to have a feature where we can change colour modes for different artboards. This is extremely helpful in today's digital world, where we are working on Brand Identity design that involves the use of logo and colour palette extensively in print and digital media. This will help keep one master file for an extensive brand identity work and makes it easy to compare between CMYK and RGB colours/designs.

Interpolated Anchor Move
Similar to a font developing tool, many lettering illustrations involve maintaining the stress of a curve while moving anchors. So with this tool, you'd be able to move an anchor point and the curve handles adjacent to the anchor would move proportionally to make the curve look similar despite the anchor moving. This could be a global setting that is enabled in preferences.

Allow to combine/merge selected text and path to Type on Path
In Ai on iPad we can select a text, hold a spot, and drag the text to a path, converting these to Type on Path. Easy!
To perform this in Ai for Desktop we have to cut the text, pick the proper tool, hold Alt (or use a subtool), click on path (very precisely), paste the text and then adjust the position (dragging tiny handles). Dated.
What we definitely need:
1. Ability to drag and drop a text on a path, using some modifier (Ctrl will do) to stick the text to the path

Move overset text icon further away from bottom corner handle
When working with threaded text in Illustrator it is difficult to select the overset text icon since it is so close to the bottom right handle of the bounding box. If I am zoomed out I always end up accidentally clicking the bottom right handle instead of the overset text icon.
If it was moved halfway between the middle right handle and the bottom right it would be easier to click on from a distance. I made an image showing how it is now and how I think it would work better. Thank you!

"Duplicate artboard" command should have option to create duplicate artwork on its own layer, not double all the assets in the file structur
Currently when user chooses "Duplicate artboard" command, all of the assets on all layers and sub-layers get duplicated where they are within that layer hierarchy. To make for better asset organization, "Duplicate artboard" should have an option to create a new layer and put all of the duplicated assets in the same layer/sub-layer hierarchy there so then both sets of assets are independent in the layers window.

Transparency for some objects when using 3D and Materials
When extruding an object, some parts within that group need to have some transparency. If I reduce the opacity of some 2D object parts before extruding, it is lost when rendering.
Honouring Opacity would be brilliant for me.1 vote
