  1. App crashes without exception, when I move the cursor to the upper left corner.

    When I open any AI file oder create a new one, the app crashes all the time after I move the cursor in the upper left corner (where the “back” icon is). When I am not in a specific file but at the overview screen the same happens in the upper left corner, where my little Account thumbnail is.

    The app also crashes, when i try to move the cursor to the left, where the tool-buttons are. This happens ALL THE TIME, without any exception as long I use the iPad Magic Keyboard Trackpad to move the cursor. When I…

  2. Eye Drop Picker only picks up black

    Every time I try to pick up colors with the eye dropper tool it just shows black. Whether it’s from a screenshot image or a color I used previously, the picker tool only shows black.

  3. File won’t open, blank screen instead

    I’m a new user to illustrator for iPad. I’ve been working on a file that has kept crashing the past several days. For the last two days, I can’t even open the file. When I click it, I see the “creating preview” dialogue box. It loads fully then disappears. I click the file again, the “creating preview” dialogue box appears again. This time the file opens but I am met with a blank screen. No canvas, no layers, nothing. Then when I try to go back to the Home Screen, it doesn’t work.

  5. Svg file will not open correctly

    I tried to open one of my saved svg files but illustrator does not open it completely (it recognises parts of the svg but does not display their proprieties- stroke, fill etc).Please see attached image

  6. Crash when opening or creating any document.

    Since moving to iPadOS17.1 the illustrator app has become unusable. Anytime i create or open a document, it immediately crashes. I have also tried deleting and redownloading the app. The issue still persists.

  7. Can not open multiple ai artboards on same file

    When I try to import from CC or any other folder different artboards in the same ai file, I can not see any AI files in my folders even though I have files saved there.

  8. I cannot use Apple iCloud to link my big file because I must use it with my Mac book pro 2011

    1. My file so big (paper size B4, 24 pages), Illustrator on iPad get closed automatically
    2. I try to force quit, buy memory in Apple Cloud because your program can not run on MacBook Pro 2011. I want to create link file but there is no button for iCloud
    3. I cannot save because it gets automatically closed
    4. After that I try to create 1 page it still gets closed.
    5. I apply for 30 days, but it renews. I try to New Sign In, but it still does not work. Please help to fix it. Thanks

  9. Drag and text appear while I don’t want to use it.auto tool appear next that I don’t want to use .

    My ipad slowly ,after that I found problem text automatic with my pen that create some part of text but I don’t know while I use it because , TEXT CREATE BY DRAG ,my file is so big and have a lot of text that I don’t want.When I export file my job must to find a little text to delete.It is add my time to finished my job.

    Constantly crashes. Every few minutes the app crashes on 5th gen iPad and I lose my work. Tried rebooting, etc. Extremely frustrating.

    When I’m moving around the workspace, it fills the screen with the most recently used art board, and when I zoom out, it re-zooms in.

    I am experiencing an issue in Adobe Illustrator for iPad where when trying to modify the Y-coordinate of a point, the application displays unusual numbers instead of allowing me to input the correct values.     I have the app on my iPad and whenever I edit photos (expand vectorization) the app tends to crash. I go back to the app and click on my “saved”work but nothings there and it crashes again.

  17. I am running iPadOS 17.0 beta and the app crashes whenever I try to take any action on any canvas.

    The app is starting normally, letting me access different existing files and creating new canvases. But as soon as I decide to take any action on any existing or new canvas, the app crashes.

    This happens for example when I want to erase, draw, paste, add layers, etc.

    Please fix ASAP!

  19. Freezing and crashing

    The app is freezing on all the documents rather it be new or old. I’m unable to select items as well as I’m unable to add text. The problem has only been noticed on iPads.

  20. When using Apple Pencil it crashes on iPad OS 17

    When using Apple Pen to use pen tool and start making something the app instantly crashes. Any tool will not work. The app is smooth and easy in the menu and it functions normally it just will not tolerate creating anything
