When duplicating artboards they don’t appear where expected
When I duplicate an artboard I would expect it to appear to the right of the selected art board or choose the next available space on the canvas. However this is not what always happens and instead the duplicate art board appears separated in a fixed position towards the right of the whole canvas until it runs out space.
When the artboards have reached the far right edge, Illustrator refuses to make any further artboards as it tells me the new one would extend beyond the canvas. The expected behaviour would be for it to find the next available space…3 votes -

"Stacking order" never works
I love the idea of having Adobe Illustrator on my ipad but there are some bugs that need improvement. For example, the "stacking order"is very moody. Sometimes it works but most of the times it doesn't. Also, I would really like if it had also the function to "draw inside of a shape", as it's one of my favourites and super useful to make drawing/work much quicker.

Quick export to png file saves blurry
When quick exporting the file that saves is blurry. I quick exported the same file earlier in Fresco with no issues.

couple of bugs noticed
some captured shapes from creative cloud jagged/fuzzy edges, not smooth & crisp “out of focus”
some shapes from creative cloud don’t have the blue adjust selection on them when opened into canvas.

Reposition gradient annotator on object
Why is there no discernible way to move the gradient annotator so a radial gradient doesn’t sit dead center on an object?

My resizing does not work anymore
When I pinch to zoom in and out of my screen, it does not work anymore. It worked perfectly fine yesterday but today it won’t move. Even when I inserted an image, I can’t resize it anymore?

Objects can’t be selected “through” an area that’s been subtracted in pathfinder
After subtracting one shape from another, the subtracted area is still considered solid by the selection tool. So visible objects in the background aren’t selectable, because they’re blocked by a blank area of a foreground object.

Adobe stock previews wont load in Illustrator.
When trying to import a preview file from Adobe Stock to Illustrator on iPad, it doesn’t seem to load. I’ve struggled to add any images from adobe stock into the app directly. Please help.

App crashes after opening
The app crashes when launched or if I try opening any project. Was working fine before system update.

PLEASE look into why layers are NOT being highlighted when selected on artboard!
I cannot continue any of my projects if this isn’t fixed as I work with over 1k+ layers and thousands of paths. I need to be able to press any drawing on the artboard to find the layer it is in….what happened these past months for this to become an issue ESPECIALLY when there has been no update.
Going to cancel my subscription until this is fixed. This is ridiculous.

Why is an app from $1 billion company freezing every five minutes?!?!
I can’t go five minutes working on a file without the art boards freezing and not allowing me to zoom in and out. This is ridiculous coming from $1 billion company like Adobe. Tell me how Affinity can provide a software for free and it’s 1000 times more efficient and bug free than Adobe software. It’s crazy.

Cannot open files stored in projects
I cannot find a way to open a file that is stored in a project in the ipad, not on the illustrator app itself, not in files, not in adobe express.

Crashes when renaming paths
I use an M4 iPad Pro and the app always crashes whenever I try to rename a path or layer. I tried restarting the app, reinstalling it but nothing has seemed to work so far. Extremely frustrating, since you always lose your progress if you didn‘t save beforehand and you need to look for the thing that you‘re looking for for ages.

Why press the backspace button will delete the 2nd word on the left
Is this a bug? I can’t just delete the word as my went.
And I can’t use the “up” “down” “left” “right” button to move the word input position in the text box.I using iPad air and magic keyboard.
