  3. Objects displayed but not showing in any layers

    I have drawn a fish and the fins are on a separate layer than the body. The fins are visible in the drawing area - or artboard - but they are nowhere to be seen on the layers. I have even turned off visibility for each layer! No clue where they’re at so I copied and pasted them to a blank layer. Still nothing. Cut and pasted them to a new layer. Nothing. Still can’t find them. Attaching screenshot. I have explored all layers fully to my knowledge by clicking the little arrows to make sure they’re not hiding anywhere.…

  4. Cannot pan around photo with 2 fingers on magic keyboard case for iPad Pro

    On every adobe program your can pan around by sliding 2 fingers on the trackpad. On photoshop for iPad you can but on illustrator that does not work. Please fix this issue

  5. Unable to import Adobe Stock files from my library

    Every time I try to import an Adobe Stock file from my library into an Illustrator document I get a red error message that says “Can’t place file”. I am able to import my own files from my library.

  7. illustrator type bugs

    I am Korean Ipad illustrator user.
    Recently I exprienced some very important bugs to me.
    Suddenly I am not writing Korean any more.
    I already reset Ipad and this app, but it was useless.
    Pleaese fix this bug to me, and many Korean users.

  8. Full iPad trackpad support

    This is driving me crazy with the Magic Keyboard, instinctively try and grab an object with cursor, nope, try and grab with my finger, nope, try with Apple Pencil, yep that works. Do I have to have Pencil to even use the app? Just so weird now with the track pad, some taps work, others don’t, sometimes the menu doesn’t work, but try with my finger and also doesn’t work. Half support is almost worse.

    PSDデータに文字入れを行った時点からの作業が一切保存されない。
    クラッシュしたときはもちろん、通常の保存操作を行っても、同じ時点から作業が始まる。

    人生で初めてのタイムリープを経験しているようだ。

  13. aic file doesn’t save on ipad illustrator if originally from desktop illustrator

    Aic file created on Desktop illustrator, saved on cloud, then if edited in ipad illustrator does not save even though it says it is saving.

    While using Illustrator and switch from app back to the stylus no longer responds correctly, would no longer be able to move objects in on the art board, must restart app to make work

  16. App crashes every 5 minutes and work is gone

    The app crashes every 5 minutes when I try and draw. It won’t let me save and shows an error message and when it crashes I lose all of my progress from when I re opened the file.

  19. 作業中に画面が落ちる、ファイルが開けない、保存できない

    iPadで利用しています。アップデートして最新の状態でデータを作成していても何かの拍子に画面が落ちてしまいます。またはファイルを書き出せません、ファイルを配置できません。と通知が出て作業が無効になってしまいます。

  20. app crashes nonstop when trying to open file

    iPad Pro (9.7-inch)
    model number MLMX2X/A1673
    OS version 16.4.1
     
    Everythint worked fine yesterday, but today my ipad illustrator keeps crashing when trying to open a file. When i tap to open the file, the creating preview bar pops up and runs for a long time and as soon as the file opens my screen turns black and it jumps out of the app and back to my home screen.
