Colour in texture
The nice thing about Procreate is you can add texture with a brush. It feels fluid. It will be nice if illustrator. iPad had a feature similar to the brushes Procreate use. So you can easily add in textures within masks or over your design. This will also be a useful integrated feature and unique for iPad so you can create designs on the Mac and then have the ease of using your Apple Pencil to colour in texture. Bridging the gap between illustrator desktop and iPad.

Add a Task Note Widget
As the workflow grows, we tend to move from project to project as creative work expand. Sometimes we start a project but move to the next and go back to it and don’t remember the aim. So it would be amazing to write a note and add tasks to do while going through the document

Addition of 3D & Materials Effects
I would really benefit from the ability to revolve, extrude and bevel objects on the iPad. That is one of the last things keeping me from switching to Illustrator on the iPad full time.

Allow to open multiple projects / files at once as tabs
Having the ability to go back and forth from 2 or more projects or copy and paste an asset from one open project to another would be extremely helpful when making assets.

Add word ready layout setting as on desktop so that we can type effectively in Devanagari fonts.
Currently some letters are in incorrect format, eg. Joint words in Marathi language.

Add an adjustable “delay” preference setting to the pinch/spread zoom gesture
It’s especially noticeable when doing a lot of small two-finger scrolling: inadvertent incremental progressive zooming. A short delay might mitigate this.

Use tools with trackpad
It seems that keyboard support is there as I can use shortcuts to select tools, but I cannot draw a path or manipulate objects with the trackpad. Please allow trackpad support for drawing and editing objects.

Can you make ‘double tap to paste’ a preference that can be turned off
The intuitive behaviour to deselect a selected object is to tap the clear space around the object. However I find myself often pasting whatever is on the clipboard, which is quite frustrating to keep deleting. Please could you make double tap to paste a preference that can be disabled?

Adobe Comp projects open in Illustrator (iPad) as well as desktop version.
Currently, Adobe Comp projects created in the iPad app and shared to Illustrator only appear in the desktop version of the app.
This means (because Comp can’t export things except via share or links) there isn’t a viable pipeline between these two apps on the same iPad.
Could you please fix this?
Thanks
