Seems to be typo mistake, since latest update is 22.0.1 not 21.0.1,
Could you please try save as svg route since export route didn't had this tag previously as well.Regards,

We have the fix available in the latest release. Please update Illustrator using Adobe Creative Cloud application to the latest build for version Illustrator CC 23.0.

Asset export dialog does not have this option to export each file as a separate file it only has option on all artboards in one file, range of artboards or selected artboards in the dialog or the whole of document into one pdf file.

Are you seeing this issue for every document or with any specific document.
Please save you preference at some location and try with fresh preference.

I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 25.4.1 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

are you seeing this issue continuously.
Could you please share the CC logs using the instruction given in following article
https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.htmlonce logs are generated you can try the following,
* check if you are properly signed in creative cloud application and illustrator both with the same id.
* relaunch the Creative cloud application using Ctrl+Alt+RHope above helps you.
