CC Libraries will not work
I have tried a few of the temporary fixes and sometimes it would work but now it is just telling me that Something Went Wrong Initializing Creative Cloud Libraries. I use the libraries every day for work and it is very frustrating to have to open up an old document with the color I need just so I can use it. It will not work no matter what now.
I am closing the ticket due to lack of response.

Since this is not a generic issue that we can reproduce at our end, we will need someone to look into your machine to figure out what is going on here.

Please try by quitting the CC Libraries process from the Task Manager on WIN / Activity Monitor on MAC

are you seeing this issue continuously.
Could you please share the CC logs using the instruction given in following article
https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.htmlonce logs are generated you can try the following,
* check if you are properly signed in creative cloud application and illustrator both with the same id.
* relaunch the Creative cloud application using Ctrl+Alt+RHope above helps you.
