An error occurred while saving the comment May be 'Select only' or 'Disable movement' option, without bloating toolset? But I'm pretty sure a lot of users will be terrified when they suddenly wouldn't be able to move a thing with a mouse because they accidentally flipped the tick.

An error occurred while saving the comment This wouldn't happen if AI had History so people could have checked what changes were made. Some users don't realize, for example, that saving Save for Web settings are changes.
Still, this request is valid. -

Hi,
There was an issue in 23.0 causing tools to shift between groups. This has been fixed in latest update (23.0.2). After update, please reset the Basic and Advanced toolbars by opening the tool drawer (3 dots at bottom of the tool bar), then using ‘Reset’ from the fly-out menu (on top right).
Apologies for the inconvenience caused by this issue.
With Best Regards,
Raghuveer SinghAn error occurred while saving the comment Try to update to 23.0.2. There should be a lock for toolbox that prevents tool jumping.

An error occurred while saving the comment Alexander, there is one, it's called Navigator (Window > Navigator)
Dotted line is quite easily done with dashed stroke. Set dash width to 0, adjust your gap and turn round caps on. Or do you want something more elaborate?
