my favorite part is adding a new item that matches several that are at the bottom of the list and not being able to put it with those and it is sit by itself at the top of the list. We should be able to click on items and organize them by dragging and dropping like the layers panel works.
but i doubt this will ever happen seeing the last comment about this was almost 5 years ago...

Libraries panel keeps going back to empty with the text " to use creative cloud libraries, please install the creative cloud app" So i have to restart illustrator every time to get them back.

This issue is reproducible with a user-defined graphic style library, Illustrator team is reviewing this issue for the fix.
