    To help us investigate further, could you please share the following details?

    1. Which files are you seeing this issue on, is there some specific type of content or is it a generic issue? Can you please share the file with us?
    2. Do those files have multiple artboards?
    3. Can you share a short screen recording of the slowdown you are seeing?
    4. If possible, please also share your Illustrator preferences file over email. It should be located at:
    C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 30 Settings\en_US\x64\Adobe Illustrator Prefs

    1. Does the issue still reproduce on the latest Illustrator release?

    2. Are you seeing this issue on Windows or macOS?

    4. Does the slowdown happen with:
    4.1. All PDFs
    4.2. Only specific PDFs
    4.3. PDFs generated from a particular application/service

    5. Could you please share your system information from:
    Illustrator → Preferences → Performance → Show System Info

    6. Are you using:
    6.1. Multiple monitors
    6.2. High-resolution or high-refresh-rate displays
    6.3. Remote desktop

  8. This file will not allow viewing in GPU mode on my computer. It works fine on other computers.

    Please copy-paste the complete details.

    2. How are you zooming?
    2.1. Ctrl + +/- shortcuts
    2.2. Mouse wheel / trackpad gestures
    2.3. Animated Zoom / Zoom tool drag

    3. Are you using:
    3.1. Multiple monitors
    3.2. High-resolution or high-refresh-rate displays
    3.3. Remote desktop

    4. Do you have any other GPUs on your machine besides the RTX 4000 Ada?

    5. If possible, please share:
    5.1. A short screen recording showing the laggy GPU behavior
    5.2. Any sample file where the issue is reproducible

    Thanks Becky. If you can share the complete GPU Info section, that would be very helpful. I think there would be some more data in addition to GPU Info section that you have already shared.
    Also, you had earlier mentioned that on Beta you were not hitting this issue, so, I'm assuming now you're seeing this issue with large files on beta as well? If that is the case it would be great if you could share the details "GPU Info" section from the beta build itself.

    Can you please share your system info details? You can go to Illustrator->Preferences (CTRL+K)->Performance->Show System Info. and copy-paste the details from there.
