6 votesPlease get in touch with us at any of the other support channels – https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html . Since this is not a generic issue that we can reproduce at our end, we will need someone to look into your machine to figure out what is going on here. Warm Regards,

420 votesHi, Thanks for the information provided to the Illustrator team.
We are able to reproduce this issue at our end and the engineering team is currently isolating this issue further to get to the root cause. With Best Regards,

commentedRather than selecting the hand tool can you press and hold the space bar to bring it up? Then just click and drag where you want on your page. May not be a perfect fix but may be a work around for the time being.

commentedThat sounds like a windows issue and not an illustrator one. I am using windows 7 and when i full screen it still shows my bar at the bottom of the screen.

32 votesScaling of GRAPH object using bounding box or transform panel is not allowed in earlier versions also.
Therefore I am moving the thread to Feature Request.Workaround: Using the menu Object >> Transform the Graph object can be transformed. Thanks & Regards,

commentedIt appears that your stroke is connected to one of the right angles rather than having just a box with a stroke drawn over it. Try selecting the scissors tool and clicking on each point to see if that fixes the issue.

commentedAre you going to file--->place? If so when you select your image make sure that the box that says Link is checked. I had the same problem and found for some reason that box had become unchecked.

commentedMine is doing the same thing. It's also not showing the circle that indicates the size of the brush. But I noticed if i decrease the size of the brush the marks go away and it shows the circle again. Sara Bentley
