Blob Brush leaves temporary marks
When I'm moving around the cursor, without pressing any buttons, and have the Blob Brush tool selected I get these marks. They disappear if I switch to the selection tool.
We have the fix available in the latest release. Please update Illustrator using Adobe Creative Cloud application to the latest build for version Illustrator CC 22.1.
Please refer to our knowledge base FAQ – https://illustrator.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/1844590 if you face difficulty in update.

Same thing is happening with me, if the blob brush size is bigger than 2px then the 'ghost cursor marks' will appear.

I had the same problem. Until yesterday. I disabled my malwarebytes, because it was using up all !!! working memory. And funny enough the blob brush issue is gone now. Hope this helps.

Hey! I'm having the same issue. The problem started occurring after installing and using a new Wacom Cintiq 22 HD. Ghosting trails with the Blob brush in illustrator CC 22.0.1.
Hope this helps, looking forward to getting the issue fix. It's quite frustrating.

Any update on this?
It's been nearly two months since Adobe acknowledged this issue. Any fix yet? The Blob Brush is pretty much unusable when you change the size. Feeling like we all deserve a rebate on our monthly fees after all this time.
Very frustrated.

Any update on this?
It is really frustrating as blob brush is one tool I use the most. -

The Blob Brush is creating a trail of "Ghost cursors" when moved (not applied) that follow the mouse in a line, and because of this glitch there ends up with no size-cursor beneath the brush.
I really like the Blob Brush so this is quite frustrating and visually confusing.

I find that it happens often when changing the size of the blob brush with the bracket keys.

Mine is doing the same thing. It's also not showing the circle that indicates the size of the brush. But I noticed if i decrease the size of the brush the marks go away and it shows the circle again.
