(my comment/response is based off of a Google translation of your idea.) -

An error occurred while saving the comment Russ commentedCan't you figure this out on your own?
I got it down to 3x3 pixels.

An error occurred while saving the comment Russ commentedIt would be even better if this was not an option but the text would translate/merge correctly when imported.

An error occurred while saving the comment Russ commentedThis may not be the solution you are looking for, but until Adobe addresses this, perhaps creating your own "guides" with the pen tool in their own layer would solve this? The line-guides can be any color you want.

You can do it by holding Shift while using the Eyedropper tool
An error occurred while saving the comment Russ commentedIf you mean that you want to make the stroke of an object to have the same color as the fill:
You can click-drag the fill color (in any tool palette with the fill/stroke indicator) to the stroke area right next to it, and vice-versa. -

This issue is probably happening because the artboard dimensions are not appropriate for raster export (i.e. are in decimals).
If you make x and y values as the whole numbers in the transform panel (not in decimal), then the extra pixels will not be added to the exported image. That is the workaround, and it’s reported that it’s not always the case.
At the same time — Ai knows the size of artboards to be exported and yet it does not deliver the set sizes, which is not fair. The team is going to rethink the algorithm.
An error occurred while saving the comment Russ commentedThis may not be the solution you are looking for, but this can be solved (in both Illustrator and PS) by cropping the unwanted "rim".

Hi Everyone,
This functionality is available in our latest release build – 27.6.1.
Color Model selection for JPG is available in Export For Screens -> Advanced settings. Illustrator will allow you to choose - RGB, CMYK or Grayscale color model.
What's New in the release - https://helpx.adobe.com/in/illustrator/using/whats-new.html
Thank you for all the feedback.
An error occurred while saving the comment Russ commentedThis also creates "error" messages in some instances. Glad to see this request and am voting for it.

Live preview of color is now live in Illustrator 27.1.1, for Color Picker dialog, Color panel, Properties and Control panel, and Appearance panel.
It works in GPU mode only.

An error occurred while saving the comment Russ commentedThank you Ashutosh (and team) for addressing this quickly and for providing a solution before official release.
An error occurred while saving the comment Russ commentedNote: having GPU Performance on or off in the settings does not help.

An error occurred while saving the comment Russ commentedAgreed. Would like to keep my "Remove Redundant Points" option, instead of having to open the options panel and re-click the box each time I start Illustrator.
In fact, all optional selections, no matter how obscure in the tools and UI, should be retained.
... also the Arc tool may help with this.
