Feature Tours and Tips pop up windows keep showing up even after selecting "Skip Tours"
Turn them off. So annoying and get in the way or work.

Thanks for answering, but how did we get here in the first place? The team needs to take a hard look at that. This was a failure of your design and decision making process that would have been really easy to predict if anyone had thought about the experience for 30 seconds. This is just one example of, sadly, many.

For the love of god get rid of the f**king tool tips. I don't need to take the freakin tour. I DON'T need it popping up and disrupting my f**king workflow. I've been using Illustrator for over a decade. I DON'T. NEED. YOUR. TIPS.

Every time I relaunch Illustrator, I have to reset my preferences. The preferences don't save. And, even though I specify that my units should be inches, it always---ALWAYS--reverts back to points or pixels. Annoying .

TURN OFF the Tour. Stupid idea and counterproductive.

Yes this is a horrible feature for professionals. Features like these is better for someone new to the application so you need an easy way to turn off or remove.

Should we have a preference to turn this OFF?
Thanks.

No one is going to use these lame tour popup videos-- people google for solutions. Either get rid of them or have them off by default

Oh My goodness. Please don't fail us, these interrupting popups are not welcome additions and makes the adobe experience feel cheap. Also, it was promised at the beginning of creative cloud that our settings would follow our accounts across every machine. But, my settings don't even persist on my desktop machine after each update. What good is custom workspaces and custom panels for brushes and swatches if they are reset and disappear regularly. There is the library panel with annoy balloon popups.

Please please please PLEASE give me the ability to kill the tour popup with fire. When will programmers learn that ALL popups are obnoxious and they should never ever ever be included? PLEASE STOP DOING THIS.

"Tour" popups do not go away, and appear repeatedly.
Tours and similar popups should be an OPT-IN only feature. Many of us have been using Illustrator and other Adobe products for 20 years. We don't want to "learn how" at this point. We want to use our software without needless screen clutter.
In the meantime, please provide an update (soon!) that will let us turn off this "feature". Preferably, for all CC apps at once. Thank you.

This tour popup is in Illustrator to stay forever and on the very purpose of slowing down software/creation and introducing new bugs in upcoming versions. Looks like a roadmap for some time?
We should be CAREFUL when upgrading Adobe software on production systems in future. Bug list should be presented and available as the New Features in new versions so we can understand with what we will have to deal before upgrade and is it worth.
... and what a nice little doggy on transform tool! Does anyone know if there is a hidden elephant somewhere? -

WHY would this be turned on automatically in the first place?! Poor logic. I've been using Illustrator since – get this – 1988. YES 1988. I had Illustrator '88 on a Mac. So the inability too make this go away is really teeing me off!

Stop treating all Illustrator users like imbeciles. Get rid of the ****** popup tips and Product Tour that all users are forced to contend with.
