  3. CC Libraries not placing svg assets as vectors consistently

    NOT working! Some CCL svgs are placed appropriately as a vector Group. Others Place as an Image and then cannot be viewed or worked with in Outline view. I have screenshots via my desktop, unsure if I can share from here. Also the assets , all Shapes from Adobe Capture do not show updated names that DO correctly show via CC app.

  5. Eye picker not detecting

    The eye drop picker do not detect any colour even if I am in a new layer, and full opacity.
    It’s happened before but now it’s completely not working.

  6. Recents disappear after closing and reopening app

    Every time I close and reopen the app the recents disappear and have to select files and reselect home to get them back.

    アプリを起動してもすぐクラッシュしてしまい、途中まで編集していたものも消えてしまう。また、保存もうまくできず保存されませんでした。と通知が出る。とにかく使いづらい。

  8. Send from Fresco failing

    Send from Fresco on iPad is constantly failing now, seems to be a Desktop issue as I have tried signing out of both devices. Signing out of CC on Mac and then signing back in fixes the issue, but it immediately fails again 2 minutes later.

  9. App crashes when working on one project

    Im working on a project for work and when i open the file it crashes immediately, i cant get anything done on it. But when i open other projects they work fine? My iPad is updated and nothing else is off but it’s getting really frusturating. Need this commission done this week please help

  10. Drawing with Apple Pencil causes app to freeze

    Most of the other features seem to work fine, but when I want to use the pencil tool I start having problems. I can maybe draw one shape if I draw it fast enough, but most of the time when I start to draw the app recognizes the touch with a blue dot that flashes and goes away. Then the workspace freezes. I can switch tools, but I can't use them and I have to force close the app.

  11. My illustrator is lagging bad if this problem is not resolved I’ll just download procreate instead.

    Wtf this is stiiilll trying to open … I’ve deleted so many works just by thinking it’s a space thing….. it’s not . It’s you.

  12. Freezing and crushing after updated iPad for iOS 16.2

    I can’t use illustrator after updated iPad for iOS 16.2
    Every second it was crushed and could not saved data even I was able to edit few things.
    And keyboard doesn’t show anymore when I want to make sentences.
    I’m using the app for work. Please fix the problem as soon as possible.

  14. Crashes every few minutes

    I’m working on an exam project right now and adobe wont save and keeps crashing. Every few minutes, it’ll crash and delete everything I’ve done in those minutes since crashing. This is a real pain and for a program that is supposed to be high quality vs procreate that I haven’t ever had crash. It’s just really annoying having to draw the same thing over and over for it just to be deleted.

  17. The Introductory Tutorials for the Pen Tool are outdated

    In the introduction it says that you can tap long on an anchor using the pen tool to delete it, but this option is no longer there.

    Software iscontinually crashing
    There is ample space on iPad,sometimes work is auto saved other times I lose all of my work. Extremely frustrating especially for such an expensive program.

  19. Preview constantly freezing but the tools continue to work

    The canvas would abruptly freeze when altering shapes, either blacking out or deteriorating the vector, but the user interface continues to work. Refreshing it solves the problem for a short while before it freezes once more. It makes it near impossible to work. What is the cause?
