Full screen mode
Would really love to see a pure full screen mode, and I think it would be nice to have the app go a little darker in UI than the current color. I think it would be beneficial from a UI perspective to have the undo buttons on the bottom in the toolbar or somewhere else on the button. Easier and quicker to reach that way. I think the UI would look a bit better with the top menu bar thinner. Would also be a nicer look if the tool bar was a floating panel rather than locked in place. Same…

Custom cursor
In addition to needing the full trackpad support with two finger pan, zoom, and rotate, it would be best to have custom icons for the tool in use just like desktop. Vectornator supports both and it makes the experience seamless when working with the Magic Keyboard. Really want to see this come to illustrator for iPad, because you guys have made an excellent solid foundation. I can feel the core illustrator that I’ve known for decades here and it’s awesome. I think these features should be a top priority because right now it’s really hard to work with the software…

When I work on my iPad, I don't want to save it to the cloud automatically.
When working on the iPad using illustrations or photoshop applications,
It's automatically saved to the cloud.
I'm using an individual cloud, and I'm double-stored, so I'm sure
It gets very complicated.

cmd+c / cmd+v between ilustrator and photoshop app
I would like to be able to copy elements (vectors, images) from ilustrator to photoshop app and vice versa. Or grab the element and drag between adobe apps.

Creating Fonts & Glyphs
Leveraging the Glyphs Engine, and allowing to clear and create new fonts, while using the grid to add new characters as glyphs(In a method similar to the "Export" drag N drop feature) and saving them/exporting as a ttc/ttf font file.

Pathfinder
Would like a pathfinder like the desktop version, iPad version combines shapes but they are still separate objects desktop version would be so much better

Pan and Rotate with trackpad
Need Zoom, Plus Pan & Rotate with trackpad and Magic Keyboard like how it works on Mac/PC. This would make things even more awesome. It would be even better if you guys do a custom cursor icon like on the desktop as well or like how Vectornator does it with the tool icon as the cursor when using the trackpad and keyboard.

Add hexagon to basic shapes
This is ridiculous, I have to use another app to create a hexagon and then import it to illustrator because illustrator is missing a lot of basic shapes. Affinity designer has tons of shapes as default and it’s so much faster to design with them.

Live scaling - to assist with architectural design. Select desired scale (.25” = 1’) and show scale dimensions on items.

Architectural scales
Architectural scales would be a very helpful feature built into illustrator. I am a designer for films and use HOT DOOR CAD TOOLS every day. Nothing exists for iPads at the moment.

Square with specific measure
when I want a square with a specific measure on the desktop, I tap the interface and a window appears with the possibility of placing the measure. Is this feature possible in the AI app?

Shortcuts with magic mouse
I wish it were possible to grab and move interface with the magic mouse + space command and scroll left and right with one fingers on magic mouse too

iPad copy/paste Mac
I can’t copy/paste stuff between Illustrator on my iPad and on my Mac and it’s a bit annoying… I also can’t really paste stuff in Illustrator on the iPad from the internet

Background layer in layers panel.
My background is default white and I do not see an option to have a transparent artboard nor do I see where I can remove the white background layer.

鉛筆ツールをデスクトップ版と同じ仕様で使えたら、すごく嬉しいです…！
鉛筆ツールで一度引いた線を描き直すときに、デスクトップ版だとその線を少しなぞって描き始めるか、線の近くで描き始めるかをすれば、元の線を変更させて描くことができますが、iPad版だとこれができず、新しい別の線になってしまうのが、僕にとってはとても惜しくて残念です…。
このために今はiPad版を使わず、デスクトップ版をMacのサイドカーでiPadに飛ばして、アップルペンシルで描いています。
iPadだけでできたら、生活スタイルを変えられるくらい便利になると思っていますので、どうぞよろしくお願い致します…！5 votes
