  1. Rotation Problem with Transform Controls

    Another problem with rotation. Where the transform controls change the pointer to display transforms, but only rotate, not resize.

  3. Effect dialogs from Photoshop Effects section in the Effects menu display as blank, with only buttons visible

    The screen turns to a blocked out white, whenever I open the effect gallery. This problem only occurred in Illustrator Beta, and not PSD beta.

  5. Eyedropper Tool picks a wrong color from white canvas

    Eye dropper tool, filling the different color from the canvas.
    whenever I used Eye Dropper tool, for example taking the color of canvas from white, to the shape . it just show me brown color instead of white.

  6. Branding of Review/Share Page

    This collaboration feature is actually quite nice to get client feedback. It’s simple and provides just enough functionality. However, I’d be more inclined to use it if our own brands had some presence on the page. I have worked with various online feedback apps and most paid versions at least provide a logo we can drop into place. A good spot is where the Creative Suite logo sits. Besides, there’s already an Adobe logomark in the top-right of the page.

  7. illustrator Stops Responding when Scrolling Fonts in Glyph Panel

    While trying to select an appropriate Glyph from a symbol font installed in Windows 11, the dropdown font list in the Glyph panel makes Illustrator stop responding for as many as 3 full minutes. The Windows alert "Illustrator preview is not responding" is displayed prompting you to exit the app, but in the time it takes to fill out this form, it finally becomes responsive again.     Can you help the Illustrator team to isolate this issue further so that we can nail this down?

  8. Can’t select objects by clicking their fills with Direct Selection Tool in Beta 29.5.0.15

    It’s no longer possible to select objects using the Direct Selection Tool without clicking on either the object’s edge, or the object's center point. Clicking on the object's fill does not select the object. This has worked normally up until the 29.5 release.
    Same happens when trying to select a part of a dynamic symbol.
    Group Selection and Selection Tools works fine.

  9. Do you guys really have to write the full "Adobe Illustrator 2024" in the Mac menu bar?

    It used to say "Illustrator" in the Mac OS menu bar for decades (briefly "Illustrator CC").

    I have a new MacBook Pro with the camera cutout, and now, because it was changed to a totally unnecessary "Adobe Illustrator 2024," all my menu items are being pushed to the other side of the camera housing, which then covers up my menu bar items. Seriously?

    What was wrong with how it was before? Is it not a priority for the user interface to be space-efficient? It has to tell us the year?

  10. Custom presets for Asset Export

    The newly added feature in beta to save custom presets in "Asset Export" does not work properly.

    It only saves "x" factor scales. Other scales "Width", "Height" or "Resolution" don't save at all but are instead converted to "x" scales. So 1000px becomes 1000x.

  11. Collapsed panels won't open when clicked!

    I keep some panels permanently expanded (eg. Character, Paragraph, Pathfinder/Align/Transform) with other ones like Transparency, Swatches etc. collapsed and tacked to the sides (see screenshot). When using 28.7.1, none of the collapsed panels will expand or respond to clicking any part of the panel. The only way I can expand them is to manually go into the Window drop down and click the name of the panel I need to expand.

  12. An action to open an existing document fails to run with a hotkey assigned if no documents are opened

    An action to open a specific local document with F3 shortcut or any other F-key assigned fails to run it does not work when no files are open.

    Runs fine when run with the Play Current Selection button, only the key is ignored. Also works if there is a new file or an existing document present.

    This problem has been going on since AI 21.

  15. Arrowheads preview are missing in the dropdown list for Stroke

    Arrowheads are not displaying correctly.
    Try scrolling, sometimes are disappearing or not shown correctly (wrong arrow).

  17. Pattern Mode Layer Highlight Bug

    In the Pattern Options panel menu flyout, the option Tile Edge Color... will change both the tile edge and also the layer highlight color, so designers can choose a color that is visible against their art (like everywhere else in Illustrator). It's become sticky and buggy; sometimes it changes, and sometimes it doesn't.

    hello all. this is what I have encountered as a problem with wireframes expansion. Complex shape ended up with bunch of paths, its the outline mode btw, no stroke there what so ever
