Thanks for the hint. I have been working at Adobe Illustrtor for over 15 years. I know the tenpogram.
This Schift + D clicking solution is a nightmare.
Other simple and quick placement is needed as I wrote. Keyboard shortcut.
Two steps:
1. Select the object.
2. I paste a new object inside it.Everything. End of action.

Live preview of color is now live in Illustrator 27.1.1, for Color Picker dialog, Color panel, Properties and Control panel, and Appearance panel.
It works in GPU mode only.

there is no consistency in Illustrator at all. The intuition of working in Adobe Illustrator is Alice's trip to Wonderland, but certainly not fast and intuitive and CREATIVE work.

Exactly. I have been working on this tool for 15 years. Hundreds of hours and work done. I TOTALLY AGREE.I have posts from 10 years ago on the Forum about amendments that have not been implemented until today.
I have posts from 10 years ago on the Forum about fixes that have not been implemented until today, but are standard in other new competing applications. They are pure but not for the Illustartor team.
Adobe Illustrator has a lot of interesting tools, but UX Illustrator is the muddiness of using tools and achieving success - the times when you created one graphic per week for the newspaper,
Wrrrrrr.

I think that in the Adobe Illustrator settings there should be one more general option called:

I have been working at Illustrator for 15 years. I also know other programs. Illustrator crashes a lot. It completely loses its intuitiveness and extends the work over the average number of clicks to simple operations.
Masking in illustror is developed and offers many interesting possibilities, including masks, but it is confusing. UX sucks. -

Yes I agree. I have been working at Illustrtor for 15 years. I also know Corel very well. I totally agree. Rich editing possibilities, but very non-intuitive work. Confusing UX. UX Illustrator is a stone on the leg. Adobe team what are you?

Apple Sidecar + Touch Bar
Hi,Working with illustrator, using Apple SideCar on an iPad screen is a nice idea.
However, the basic bar is missing from the Touch Bar
e.g. When working with Pen, Curvature, Pencil
missing keys:Del.
Space
ESC
etc.
Why does Adobe not use these instruments?

I suggest using the Touch Bar to display the slider in the window option with a value, e.g. stroke thickness,Best Regards

Hi,
If the option of rotating Artboard is too difficult in Illustrator, maybe it is easier to create "rotated views"?
Menu View - New View - Save View - Rotate View

So you can create multiple views for one document and switch between them.
Plus a panel with VIEW MINIATURE PREVIEW, such as a page palette with page thumbnail previews.
Then you can create such a view and manage it by, for example, the parameter for the "rotate view" view.
--------------------------When working with packaging, the inability to rotate the view of the packaging walls while working in one document.

Home screen View of files to improve
The Home Screen view recent files indicates files other than .Ai. Eg export of many jpeg or eps files etc. causes the disappearance of work files from the view. This is not thought out.
The file filter for these files is missing. This filter should be set to the Ai file by default, with the option of switching to all recent files.

The question is why this is not yet on the FX Appearance list??? Adobe this is basic for image in Illustrator. E.g. For textures in masks etc.

This is an old and irritating problem when you pray with Illustrator. Over the years, it's been a lot of annoying hours of work. Adobe Team, thank you for "great new news ...", but are not you a bit ashamed for such "simple" things?Regards!

Hi, Illustrator Team.
Working on several monitors (also iPad in "Sidecar" mode) be able to display a separate window with "clean preview of graphics in a different scale than the editing window.
Example of use:
1. I open the graphic
2. Menu> New Widow
3. I move the new window to the second screen
4. On this screen> in the illustrator> View / Presentation Mode menu
Effect:
Presentation Mode only works on the selected monitor.
This mode of operation can also be perfectly used in working with the client during corrections with the possibility of sending the client's image via the Internet in between
