This is fixed in 27.1.0 Prerelease build-GM candidate build 2, available in Creative Cloud Desktop Prerelease section.
As part of the fix, we have added suffix checkbox in ExportAs dialog to toggle on/off the functionality.

The solution is pushed into Global Availability build 28.6.
The team intends to add another command into this menu, allowing to copy the path. That’s it.
This request crucially lacks feedback from all the voters. Please comment back: do it if you don’t like how it works, and do it if you do.
An error occurred while saving the comment fernando commentedA QoL improvement for the Links panel (along with other less feature-rich panels) would be HUGE right now.
We work off cloud storage, so when shared projects are passed around, the relative links always change paths. Being able to right click on the file name in the Link Info section to add it to the clipboard (for example) would be a bare minimum start to help folks search for assets locally/online.
Come on Illustrator team, this one isn't super tough; just pass that string to memory so we can paste it elsewhere. Help us applaud your releases again, add this task to your kanbans, assign it to your success-hungry interns.
Looking forward to seeing this feature before your 27.0 release!

A possible common solution to this is to check if other applications — browser extensions, screenshot/buffer managers, etc. — steal the hotkey Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+L combination.
Unfortunately, Illustrator can’t see other apps claiming hotkey at OS level, as can’t they.
An error occurred while saving the comment fernando commentedNot sure if you figured this out yet, but a Chrome extension was over-riding the Shift+Ctrl+L shortcut. For anyone else that happens upon this post, I would suggest going to chrome://extensions/shortcuts and seeing if you have an extension conflicting with your Adobe shortcuts.
The best part about all this was me ALSO resetting my preferences AND reinstalling Illustrator for no apparent gain.
<facepalm>

Hi Everyone,
This functionality has been shipped in June-2021 version of Illustrator.
The option "Paste without Formatting (Alt+Ctrl+V)’ has been added to the ‘Edit’ Menu.
Thanks for your feedback.

An error occurred while saving the comment fernando commentedOk, I want in on this. Just Alt+Tabbed from editing white wispy lines in isolation mode. Now I'm an advocate for Dark Isolation Mode.
