   補足です。色々試してみたところ再現性が分かってきました。

   どうやら、Manropeという欧文フォントが含まれる合成フォントでのみこの不具合が発生するようです。
   合成フォントを作成したIllustratorのバージョンは関係なさそうです。

   Manrope単体での使用は特に問題ありません。
   原因がフォント自体なのかIllustratorなのかは不明です。

   2024/06/13補足

   Manropeのフォント名を調べたところ、通常版とバリアブル版が同じ名前であることが分かりました。
   インストール元のOTFファイル名は違うのですが、アプリケーション内ではどちらも「Manrope {ウェイト名}」として扱われていました。
   バリアブル版がインストールされている状態でのみ、この不具合が発生することが確認できました。
   おそらくこの名前衝突が原因ではないかと思います。
