Exclusive to Mac Version: Lines Appear in PDF/x-4 Files, Not Present in Windows Version
When placing a compatible PSD file (*1) into an AI document and exporting it as PDF/x-4, there has long been a bug where black lines appear on the edges of transparent areas. This issue has been fixed in the Windows version, but it remains unresolved in the Mac version, even in version 2024.
The issue does not occur in the Windows version, even with the same version of Illustrator. It only happens on the Mac version.
It occurs whether the PSD is linked or embedded.
Even if an AI file is created on Windows and has no problems in the Windows version of Illustrator, lines will appear when opened on the Mac version.
The exported PDF data actually has pixel abnormalities, and lines will appear regardless of whether you are using Mac or Windows.
The lines may already be visible when you place the file. They become less noticeable when you use the CPU preview. This does not happen in the Windows version.
*1) This refers to a transparent PSD file saved with Photoshop's "Maximize PSD and PSB File Compatibility" option turned on, and without a background layer.
★Mac版のみに、PDF/x-4保存で互換性ありPSDファイル出力の不具合がある
互換性ありpsdファイル（※1）をaiドキュメントに配置しPDF/x-4で書き出すと、透明部分のエッジに黒い線が現れる不具合が昔からありましたが、Windows版では修正され、Mac版ではバージョン2024になってもこの不具合が残ったままになっています。
・同じIllustratorバージョンであっても、Windows版では起こりません。Mac版でのみ起こります。
・PSDがリンクされていても埋め込まれていても発生します。
・Windowsで作成し、Windows版Illustratorでは問題がないaiファイルであっても、Mac版で開くと線が現れます。
・書き出したPDFデータは実際にピクセルに異常があり、Mac/Win関係無く線が出た状態になります。
・配置した段階で既に線が見えることがあります。CPUプレビューすると薄れます。これはWindowsでは現れません。
※1）Photoshopの「PSDおよびPSBファイルの互換性を優先」オプションをオンにして保存した、背景レイヤーのない透過psdファイルを指します。

Naturally, this bug also occurs in the compatibility PDF generated when saving the AI file. The bug is also visible in InDesign documents that link to this file

I checked the Illustrator version in which this bug first occurred, and it was CS4.

The fact that the lines are visible even when merely placed raises suspicions that a bug may still remain in the PSD importer of the Mac version of Illustrator.

書き出しは「別名で保存」からファイル形式を「AdobePDF」で書き出し。
設定は添付を参照お願いいたします。

The line is indeed there, 1px wide, and has CMYK6-6-6-6 color.
It’s not an Acrobat rendering issue, it’s a solid line, a print defect and a cause to reject the batch. -

Mac Pro Late2013
Illustrator 2021(25.4.3) 、2022(26.0.2)１，Photoshopレイヤーで背景がない状態（背景を複製して元の背景を削除した状態）の画像をレイヤーがいきる保存形式（psd,tiff等）で保存。
２，Illustratorに配置し（マスクはせず角版で。また、書き出しで圧縮が働くように画像は50%ぐらいに縮小）pdf書き出しをする。
３，書き出し設定で圧縮とする。（プリセット[PDF/X-4:2008(日本)]でも可）
４，Acrobatで書き出したPDFを確認すると画像の左右どちらかに線が発生する。
５、印刷にも反映される。
