An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment This seems like a natural extension of Global Edit. But it’s an incredibly hard task as I see it.
For now just avoid not grouping what is going to be a group :)
But I like the idea, I was thinking along these ways for some time too. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Ari, do you refer to the Type > Font menu, or the Font Family dropdown in the Character panel?
If the latter — does it work fine when you not scroll, but use a scrollbar in this dropdown instead? clicking arrows or dragging it? navigate with physical keyboard keys? -

An error occurred while saving the comment Related to another request:
Make size of artboard number/name label change with the UI size slider
http://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657/suggestions/46737121An error occurred while saving the comment I think this is more a bug than a feature request and should be moved in a different branch.

An error occurred while saving the comment Fred, which export method do you mean specifically?
One case define the resolution while using the Export As method — since it’s mostly print-oriented, where resolution matters. Export for Screens / Assets, on the other hand, does not really care about having it exposed, since 'screens' don’t care about the value. Same deal with the Save for Web dialog. -

An error occurred while saving the comment I just checked it in the CS5, the second version with artboards, with forward and back slashes — none works to create a folder structure.
I know for sure some apps can do it, like Sketch, but never heard Ai was able to do it. But the idea is nice. -

An error occurred while saving the comment This is something Illustrator already allows.
To start editing identical objects, select the one copy and try one of two ways:
— Select > Start Global Edit
— or locate 'Start editing similar shapes together' button in the Control panel (if you don’t see it, call it with Window > Control). The button looks like two squares an a pencil. The arrow button next to it allows to tweak options. If Illustrator detects copies, the selection’s edges change color to signal you are editing several shapes now. All your changes will get immediately translated into found copies. If you deselect the shape, you will exit the mode.
You can also isolate the selected duplicate, to avoid accidental exiting, but in this case you won’t be able to see the changes in copies in real-time (since they are out of the isolation scope).
This method works with mirrored, scaled, and rotated duplicates, and can detect copies even if they have different appearances. Please try this and reply back if it works for you.

An error occurred while saving the comment It was accidentally shared to a larger group of testers before the internal testing was complete. For now it is disabled, but will return as soon as it’s ready for the broader testing.

An error occurred while saving the comment Sounds as somewhat similar a Stipplism plugin from Astute Graphics offers, with their Symbol Variant... but it should be integrated much deeper. Perhaps Symbol Groups?

An error occurred while saving the comment It feels like you have the tilde key pressed all the time (~) — it produces this effect when held. Can you check your keyboard, please?
An error occurred while saving the comment Kazuki-san, it feels like you backtick/tilde (`/~) key is stuck. Try to press it several times and see if it helps. If not — please report back.
Yeah, this is slow. Quite boring to watch the video and painful to actually work like that :(
Jennifer, can you share the file with the team so they can investigate it?
