Windows10Pro 22H2 / Illustrator 29.1 で再現しました。OSやOSのバージョンによらず発生するように思います。
なお，縦中横の設定パネルで「20H」と設定後に「OK」して閉じ，再度パネルを出すと「19.756H」（＝14pt）に変更されています。これを見ると，どうやら「1pt」刻みでしか設定できないという，以前のバージョンからの不具合もまだ直っていないようです。

中揃え，タブ揃えも同様で，本来揃うべき位置より右へズレてしまいます。
どうやらポイントテキストの場合に発生し，エリアテキストでは発生しないようです。kata1963

We have fixed this bug in our Beta Builds available on CCD. Please try and provide your feedback.
The fix will be pushed in the next stable release.
The current workaround is to disable Missing Glyph Protection option in Preferences > Type.

I have no words, but this solution is missing again form both the latest Beta and the GA. There is no new information on it. As soon as anything gets known — the status will be updated again. I am so sorry.

If tweaking the Preferences > User Interface > UI Scaling slider does not help to solve this problem, please make some screenshots or a short video of the problem, and post in a reply, along with your exact specs for the OS and the monitor used, for the team to try to reproduce it.

「リアルタイムの描画と編集」をオフに設定していても効果の「3Dとマテリアル」を使用すると強制的にオンに変更されてしまいますが，これを知らないユーザーは回避策が無効になっていることに気づかない可能性もあります。このスタイライズ効果が低解像度になってしまう不具合はかなり致命的だと思います。
