Little display problem with GPU enabled
Hi, I bought an Imac 27" with 5K Retina display.
I noticed that when I zoom some vector shape, the lines are not too clean. They seem like bitmapped. When I click Command+Y (show outlines) and I click it again, the lines appear clean. I uploaded a little video about my problem.
I wrote in Adobe community, they suggested me to turn off GPU Performance. If i do that the images appears fine but Illustrator become too slow.
So they recommended me to report my issue here.

Export BMP on various artboards
When will it be possible to export more than one image of the same artwork on different artboards in the .bmp?

More appropriate way of having straight lines and adding arrow head easily
I am an academic and use straight lines and block diagrams for illustrating my methodologies. Although having a rectangle or square is super easy, it is not straightforward to create straight line or arrowhead. Please make sure these features can be used appropriately. Thanks

Add 'Relink image' in the right click (contextual) menu
would speed up productivity when replacing multiple linked images by allowing users to control-click or right-click on an image to relink files, rather than going to the menu bar every time.

Name Change Improvement
Dear Adobe, upon using the software for some years now I have got the impression of the software being related to illness, us being ill and traitor (although spelt a bit differently). So it's like 'ill' 'us' 'trator'.
I know it might sound quite out there but there could be some reasoning to it. I for one have experienced some illness since using it (not to say the program is at fault) and an impression gets made and then I'm more cautious to use the program. Evenly space color stops within a gradient
Being able to distribute color stops inside the gradient panel.
E.g.: I want 32 stops on a single gradient bar.

don't let me draw on a locked layer (or store the shape I draw)
I often draw a shape in illustrator with the pencil tool then find it was time wasted because the layer was locked.
Either give me an alert so I know to unlock the layer, or store the shape so I can then put it in a new layer.2 votes -

Library search and place behaviour
As I drag an item out of the library panel, as soon as the item clears the edge of the panel, the search results reset to whatever library I was looking at before; the search results are lost.
This frequently results in me having to repeat the exact same search multiple times over which can be madening. Consider the following situations:
1) I forgot to alt-click/my alt-click didn't register, and I'm stuck with a linked file which can't be converted to a useful vector (I've never yet actually wanted to place a linked file from the library, so having that…

Effects Preview Checkbox Has No Effect After First Check
Version 24.0 (64-bit)
When applying an effect to a path in Illustrator, checking the "Preview" checkbox will preview that effect, but unchecking the box does not return the path back to its original shape. To test:
Use the pen tool to draw a multi-segment shape.
Select the shape
Click Effect->Distort & Transform->Roughen
Click the Preview checkbox (the effect should be applied)
Click the Preview checkbox again (the effect will not be removed)I've tested this with most of the previewable effects in the Effects menu and they all behave the same.

How much the arrow keys move a selected object around in any direction **w.r.t. the zoom level**
I think the primary goal of letting us control the object with the arrow keys is so we can be accurate with its placement on the artboard. But this becomes completely useless if the zoom level is very high, in which the arrow keys move the object a big distance. This forces us to use the mouse to get an accurate position for the object.
What I really need: If we've zoomed in on an artboard, then let the arrow keys move the object a smaller distance than usual so that we can be more accurate with an object's placement…

Paint, Draw, Spatter on Vector like Raster for Visual Digital Artisans
It takes conversations like this to know what customers want to dive into if they see Adobe, & for years I tried but run away from Adobe, it was extreme, even Illustrator. It didn’t feel like the art drawing, medium, etc.
I grew up learning. No one grew up as a child to use Adobe. But they can if it feels like it on screen. You are #1 and growing too, my voice hopefully adds more light that.

New larger Free Distort effect interface
We really need a global, accurate transform and distort window in the application. It needs more detail, the ability to recall the last applied action and interaction with bitmaps. This is a feature people have been asking for nearly 20 years - I've even designed it for you! Can you build it now?

Modification of pattern through keyboard shortcut
There was a very useful option available in very old versions of Illustrator (before CC). When I need to modify a pattern applied to an object but not the object itself (scaling, rotating, shearing, mirroring, etc...) , it was possible to do it manually, not throught he box, by pressing a key — to be chosen in the keyboard shortcut menu — while moving the mouse or using the increment keys.
