Bounding box is incorrectly displayed on multiple highdpi displays
When using multiple monitors with different Hi-DPI settings on Windows OS, the bounding box for the selected item is sometimes displayed incorrectly.
I work on a dual display setup: my primary monitor is a 15.6inch 4K display @ 200% DPI scaling settings, and my second monitor is 24inch 2560*1440 display @ 125% DPI scaling.
When working on a larger second monitor, the bounding box for a selected item is displayed at an incorrect position, which makes the work very difficult.

I'm having the same problem. I use Illustrator on my Surface Pro (200% scaling) and a 24" monitor (100% scaling). If my Illustrator app window is on the larger screen at 100%, the bounding box uses the Surface Pro's 200% scaling factor, appearing off screen beyond the lower right corner of the artboard.
To make matters worse, dialog boxes (e.g., properties, settings, etc.) pop up on the Surface Pro screen (aka Monitor 1) at 100% (very, very tiny) even though the app window is on Monitor 2.
