Export Text of Keyboard Shortcuts Crashes Illustrator

After hitting the Export Text... button in the Keyboard Shortcuts dialogue, Illustrator always crashes. Additionally it exports an empty text file.

    I have exactly the same problem. AI 2017.1, MacOS 10.12.6. Works fine on my Windows 10 computer.
