Caps Lock

My version of Adobe Illustrator acts like the Caps Lock is on when it is off, and when I press the button again, it returns to the original tools. Help!

I have the same problem, unchecking "Use precise cursors" didn't work

Go to Illustrator>Preferences>General>Make sure "Use Precise Cursors" Uncheck it:)
