BUG:
Dotted line stroke defaults to 0 dash 1000 gap.
Illustrator 22.0.1
Trying to make a dotted (circles) line (2 pt. line with rounded caps) with 0 stroke and 3 gap.
Defaults to 0 dash 1000 gap.

Experiencing same problem. Only thing I've done that helps is to close down Illustrator and restart it.
