Libraries panel doesn’t show up on a second screen
I'm working on 2 screens. My Libraries panel is only visible when the panel is on the main Screen (Screen N°1).
Or I need to place all my panels on my second screen to have my main file only.
To be able to have the contents of my Libraries i have to place the Libraries panel on my main screen.
I would like to have it on the second screen.

I also have another problem : if the TOOL BAR it's not place on the main screen, the sub-tool don't appear.
For example, in the PEN Tool (P) i have no access to the P+ or P- -
I have the same problem and the same need, it's very important to have the best way to work !
