Illustrator 2018 crashes constantly..
Hey there, fellow Illustrator-People,
since yesterday I'm running into an issue that stops me from making any progress on the project I'm currently working on, without any signs of a logical cause here.
I was trying to open up a few recent files I worked on but Illustrator just straight up closes, without any crash pop-up or illustrator re-opening any of the files when getting started again. It's possible to open up illustrator via the app icon, but not via the files I want to edit. I then checked if other files can be opened, and to my surprise, some of them can, but some can't (especially the ones I've been working on lately).
I figured that maybe Illustrator has a problem with the amount of artboards I got in the recent files because the older ones with less artboards got loaded up without a problem, but when loading a file from last year with close to sixty artboards it wasn't a problem, too. So it kind of has something to do with the files, I guess.

- Illustrator closes instantly without any sign of crash when opening recent files I've been working on.
- Illustrator can however be started without opening any file.
- Illustrator can however be started with some older files I haven't been working on recently.
I will be uploading the crash log, too.
Any suggestions?

Fixed the issue; it had something to do with iCloud being turned on. What the eff, hey.
