Zoomed in Home Screen? Why

The home screen in my Adobe Illustrator is 'zoomed-in' and it's not the same size as other Adobe apps. I've attached a screen shot of Illustrator vs photoshop.

    I have the same problem with the latest 2019 ai version.

    Any one else having this issue? I still have it happening in Illustrator.
