workspace is constantly falling
Greeting!
1 - after launching the illustrator all the panels are out of place
2 - Illustrator does not get stuck at startup
3 - the workspace is displayed incorrectly
4 - Windows 10, 64-bit; 2 monitors; nvidia gfors nVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti
5 - Illustrator 23.0.1 (64-bit)
